Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
Overall, a great place with a lot of variety and fun for kids. The facility felt clean and well-maintained, and the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. A few areas could use improvement:1. Exit security: The place is very large, and it’s easy to lose track of your kids. It would be reassuring to have staff monitoring the exit to ensure children are leaving with the right adults.2. Food quality: We tried the pizza, and unfortunately it wasn’t good. Both kids and adults felt the same way. Hopefully this can be improved soon.3. Closed attractions: The dodgeball area was closed all day, which was disappointing. It would be helpful to notify guests at check-in or post a sign when certain areas are unavailable.4. Check-in process: We arrived right at opening, and it took about 25 minutes to get checked in. It would really help to have more staff on hand to handle the morning rush.Looking forward to coming back — a few small changes could really take this place to the next level.
May 26, 2025 · AJ EschleThis was a fun experience for the kids, they really enjoyed all the fun activities! We stayed and had a party and they played for many hours. The zip line was their favorite. They had really neat bumper cars as well. I would definitely bring them back again.
May 20, 2025 · THE REVIEWERTruly a wonderful experience! No wait to enter. Prior to this location opening, we would visit the Woodbridge location quite often. Between the two, we are beyond pleased Gainesville location and are strongly considering signing up for a monthly membership option. This location is VERY clean, the staff are attentive and friendly, and the layout appears to be more open. Food is fairly priced and taste is to be expected. While indoor traffic did pickup around noon, this place was drama-free and the kids seemed to play well with each other.
May 27, 2025 · Shenita BoydI am sitting here right now on my 2nd day here and this place blows me away. First off, am so glad we have a family friendly place here on this side of the county. As soon as you walk in, you can feel the excitement, the vibe, and the fun it holds. There's someone at the door to greet you and answer any questions you have. Two separate desks one for members and one for buying a day pass which helps expedite the check in. The staff are all fun, polite, patient, and lively. I have ten year old boy girl twins who are completely opposite but both agree this is the place to go and have fun. It has been super clean both times and I always see at least one worker going around sweeping and wiping down tables staying on top of things. Since we got a membership of $20 a month each kid, they get to come here as many times as they want, do every attractions that exists here, get a free slice of pizza, and a bag of popcorn at each visit. Telling you, that's a good price for all that. They have a biplane, sky obstacle course, multiple different types of walls to climb, a ninja course, trampoline pads, bumper cars (a couple flip around!), laser tag, tot lot, food bar, and plenty of seating for parents. The pizza they get at each visit is so good and the popcorn is yummy. The lighting is great, lots of colored lights with dim fun and as someone who has night blindness, I can still see well enough to get around. I know the dream team, Jalissa and Donte got this up and running despite all the obstacles they faced and it was worth the wait. Staff top notch. Attraction amazing. Food awesome. Smiles everywhere priceless. Already booked a birthday party here next month. Will review again for that.
Apr 19, 2025 · Jessi LightfootThis place is great for the kids. The only problem i have is there is never anyone in the non-member line and the member line is always full, almost out the door. It takes 10 minutes to check one family in. When asked if they could take members in the non member line, I was told no. As soon as I got to the front of the member line, they started pulling people over to the non member line to check in. The food service is also very slow. Outside of that the kids love the place. Please fix the problem.
