It’s a very positive and inviting atmosphere. It feels like family at this point! It’s also a killer workout but without the high impact which I love! I always feel amazing after rather than some of my past workouts which left me feeling injured and in pain!

That being said, all things are able to be modified, so these classes are great for those who are new to fitness as well as people who already have established routines. Both instructors are excellent.

I was nervous about trying Jump class, but love Barre, so the Barre Bounce turned out to be a great intro to the trampoline. Now I go to at least 4 different classes (mostly with some type of jump) and love them all! Kathy is so welcoming and encouraging. The disco lights make the night classes a party (and make me feel less self conscious in a new format). Try a few classes and I promise you will get your heart pumping and your spirits up!
