Sky Zone Trampoline Park Reviews
This place has a plethora of different areas that are actually separated ! Depending on the age of your child, they can fully enjoy what they are interested in. This is not just a trampoline park, they have a variety of different activities! There are a few games along with food and snack. There were at least 3 birthdays while we were here and there was still plenty of space to enjoy. Bathrooms were very clean which is a huge breathe of fresh air especially for a kids place. The staff is vigilant and friendly, they are constantly monitoring and keeping everyone safe. I want to shoutout the manager Shade that was very helpful in allowing me to understand the differences between the timed tickets. I recommend getting a membership here because your kids will be begging to come back! 13/10 !!
Jan 25, 2025 · Alexus KAs a parent, I am extremely disappointed to hear about the treatment our children and their teachers received during a recent school trip to Sky Zone. We were told that all proper procedures were followed ahead of time: waivers were submitted online and the group arrived 20–30 minutes early for check-in, exactly as instructed.Despite this, the staff—particularly one manager—was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. One of our teachers was denied entry entirely after trying to help her students, simply because she raised her hand while speaking. Even after explaining that her child had a medical condition and that she needed to be present, the manager responded dismissively and even claimed to have the same condition, showing no empathy at all. What’s worse, the manager refused to listen to the teacher or the school director, turned her back during conversation, and insisted on only dealing with a parent who happened to be there. This is not how educators—who are looking after our children—should be treated. The staff also promised to add extra jump time to make up for the delayed check-in, but that promise was not honored. Our children were pulled out at the original end time, and when questioned, the staff blamed it on the time “spent arguing”—which is extremely unfair considering that time was wasted due to their own mishandling. As a parent, I expect professionalism, especially when children are involved. This situation was stressful, disrespectful, and poorly managed from beginning to end. Our kids deserved better. Sky Zone needs to take responsibility for the way this was handled and ensure it never happens again—especially to school groups who come in good faith and follow all the rules.
Jun 27, 2025 · DenizI would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience my child and I had at your location on todayFrom the moment we entered the park, we felt unwelcome due to the staff’s indifferent, rude, and unprofessional attitude. My child was very excited to come, but the behavior of your employees completely ruined the experience for us.As paying customers, it is our natural right to expect a respectful, safe, and family-friendly environment. Unfortunately, the treatment we received was far from meeting this expectation. I request that your staff be properly trained and that necessary measures be taken to prevent such negative experiences from happening again
Jun 27, 2025 · Merve İmatYesterday we visited Sky Zone with our students.Unfortunately, the manager there behaved very rudely toward our group leader and one of our teachers. Additionally, we were forced to leave the area while our students still had 20 minutes of playtime remaining. This situation was very disappointing for both our students and our teachers. We expected a more professional and respectful attitude from an establishment like Sky Zone. We kindly request that you take the necessary steps to ensure this does not happen again.
Jun 28, 2025 · Fatma OZGUNNot Recommended – Unprofessional and Disrespectful ExperienceOur school group had a deeply disappointing experience at Sky Zone. Despite arriving early and having all forms completed properly, the staff acted unprofessionally:• Our teacher was denied entry without valid reason.• Our principal was ignored and interrupted when trying to communicate.• The promised extra 20 minutes for check-in were not given.• Our students were unfairly shorted on their jump time. This kind of treatment towards educators and children is completely unacceptable. It ruined what should have been a positive and educational trip. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this location for school groups or anyone expecting respectful service.
