Sky Zone Trampoline Park Reviews
TODDLER PARENTS BEWARE: This place has the shadiest business practices I’ve ever seen.As a Marketing Director for a corporation myself I’m appalled at how they false advertise and handle customer satisfaction ( fun-fact, they don’t)We had to purchase our one year old who is a crawler non-walker a ticket to play in the toddler area. We were told at check out that we COULD BE in the area with them so I bought the ticket and socks. You can imagine my shock when I was on the structure with him and they told me I couldn’t be and he would have to be solo. Then 4 other parents had the same issue. They wouldn’t let us with our kids. So now my baby is stuck and I’m being hindered from getting him or I have to leave and can’t let him play. Another mom came on the structure after and they didn’t say anything to her so there’s inconsistency there.I went to the trampoline with him so I could do SOMETHING with him and employers prior to being directed to that toddler area and told I couldn’t sit on it but “ I COULD KNEEL” with him. I knelt for awhile while I held him to stand and bounce, took a break and came back to the same trampoline. A shift change had occurred by then and a lady came to me saying I ,” COULD NOT KNEEL”- a blatant opposite statement to the one I received prior. So I stood. Then she told me I couldn’t be in the same square as him and there was one person to a square. Keep in mind there were other parents and kids that had been bouncing in the same squares all day and no one said ANYTHING to them. By that point I was really frustrated. I turned to my husband and said,” I’m ready to go. I’ve never seen anything like this.”My husband held his cool better than me and asked where he could dispute the inconsistencies. The lady said,” corporate” and then when he asked for the corporate number she couldn’t direct him to anyone or anything. He asked her to point where to call on the website and she didn’t know.Olivia in charge handled the situation very poorly and insinuated we knew at checkout we could not play with our kids which was NOT DISCLOSED to us. All I see is a small fine print on the sign in the toddler area now that says Adults may not enter the play structure- a sign that is only in place in the area AFTER you purchase the ticket. They also didn’t mention one person in a square etc. They will not refund you for the inconvenience. As we were leaving, we didn’t say anything and Olivia felt the need to “get the last word” and say, “oh by the way we will be canceling your membership” all snarky. We didn’t get a membership so joke’s on them, but some of the others leaving at the sameTime as us did, and they didn’t want it anymore anyways.Never in all my years as a professional have I seen such disregard for customer satisfaction or inconsistency in policy implementation and false advertising.6 parents left. Others were also mad today and they refused to help.Photo of my one year old having to be solo in the ball pit. Another parent they hadn’t gotten onto yet was in the area and got him for me.What a sad day when you pay $60 for 2 kids to play and can’t even let one do so.
Jun 14, 2025 · Joelle CullimoreBeen here a couple of times with the family. My three year old loves it, there's a toddler section. I alwlays get an ICEE and I have the Elite membership. Worth it for us.
Jun 09, 2025 · Nicole HernandezIt was super fun. The only downside was it had a very strong smell of Lysol. At least it was really clean. We attended a birthday party and it was well organized. We even got a water bottle with a free ticket to come back. I had a 4 and 7 year old and they were totally tuckered out after jumping and playing for two hours and then an hour of birthday fun.
May 31, 2025 · Laramie WilsonWe paid over $60 for our 2-year-old and 14-month-old to play, and not once at checkout were we informed of any restrictions. We first brought our kids to the trampoline area and were told we couldn't sit on the squares, only kneel. We complied and knelt with our 14-month-old.Then we went to the 4-and-under play section, where several families were helping their young children on the soft play structure (as you’d see in any indoor kids’ space). Suddenly, a staff member told us adults weren’t allowed to assist, even though no one mentioned this when we paid for toddler admission. Every parent there had the same reaction, and multiple families requested refunds due to the inability to safely interact with their kids. That’s when things got worse. Olivia (manager) handled the situation incredibly poorly with zero customer service, no willingness to assist, and openly rude and dismissive. She wouldn’t give any contact info for upper management, couldn’t direct me to a complaint form, and even hesitated to give her name. There’s clearly no customer satisfaction policy in place and no flexibility for handling reasonable concerns. We returned to the trampoline area (well before our paid time was up), and were again told we could kneel with our toddler. Not five minutes later, another manager came over and said we had to stand, and couldn’t share the same square, even though plenty of others around us were doing the same thing. It felt obvious at that point we were being targeted for speaking up when the other frustrated families had simply left. And as we were leaving (early mind you), with our kids in tow, rather than just letting it go, Olivia felt the need to make a final passive-aggressive remark:“Oh, and we’ll be canceling your memberships.”Not just a “thank you,” or “have a nice day,” or even saying nothing at all… just one last jab to round out a toxic experience. This location is a disaster. Poorly trained staff, confusing rules, no transparency, and no care for young families just trying to enjoy time with their kids. We won’t be back and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.it has 3.8 stars for a reason…Less than one star from me and plenty of others that day.
Jun 16, 2025 · CasperI went to take one of my son's to visit Saturday. He had a free pass from a birthday party last year. I checked it before we left our house and it did not have an expiration date on it. When we got there, the girl processing our entry couldn't get it to work. She asked for help. The older lady that came up told us the general manager whom had initiated it no longer worked there so the pass wasn't valid any more. Most ridiculous thing I've ever heard that a pass was tied to an individual manager. I told her it had no expiration on it, and asked how was I to know. Instead of admitting it was a skyzone problem and letting us use it. She continued being condescending and said it was my fault for not knowing. We walked out and went to urban air instead. Everyone there was friendly and nice. I suspect that will be the last time I ever enter sky zone even though it's about 15 mins closer to our house. No need to support a business when we're treated that way and there's another option right down the road.
