Get Air Trampoline Park Reviews
My family and I visited the Get Air trampoline park on Jonestown Rd this evening for a two hour jump session for five of my nieces and nephews. Two of them are autistic ages 4 and 5 and I thought that this would be a safe space for them to play especially since the Autism awareness sign was posted and because there were very few people there. Boy was I wrong. I was approached at least three separate times by one lady because my nephew was climbing up the sliding board instead of climbing the stairs. By the third time I stood at the slide to redirect him from walking up the slide. Every time I turned around, she was looking at us to the point where I felt like she was stalking us. I never once saw her redirect any other child there for anything at all. The one time my nephew ran back into the party area as he saw a giant lighted inflatable, as I proceeded to get him, she made it a point to say to me that they can not have that. Mind you there was no door blocking the area and had she not been constantly addressing me, she would have been able to properly man that area. Another staff made it a point to tell me that one of the staff tried to wipe my nephews runny nose (without permission). The last straw was my nephew climbing into an area that was off limits to kids but was partially accessible for kids to enter and should have been completely inaccessible. The staff that was already in that area was addressing this and here comes the lady from way in the back who was stalking us the whole time. I politely expressed that we could not even enjoy this experience due to the targeting nature of the staff there. Being the only black family in the park at this time, made me feel like we were being profiled. We left after an hour and 15 minutes. We have memberships at Urban Air and never had anything like this happen there. Needless to say that I will not go back to Get Air again. And, I would not recommend this place.
Jun 10, 2025 · Vita KI've been here before and it's usually pretty good, but when we went today (4/1/2025), the place was... not good. Two things were closed (dodge ball and the play place), so you can play on the trampolines, do the ninja course thing, go on the playground, and if you're small enough, you can go on the "Little Air" stuff. So, for my younger siblings, they could do 3 out of 6 things available. Pretty lame. Plus, some things were literally duck-taped.The womens restroom was shockingly bad. The whole place smelled like chlorine like I was in a pool. The whole lighting in the bathroom was creepy, too. I think some of the lights are out. They have 2 sinks, one for taller people and one for shorter people. The tall one was out of service (the faucet was literally removed), so it was annoying to wash my hands in the little sink, but whatever... my main problem was the fact that there was literally open wiring, primed and ready for your little kids to electrocute themselves on. The sinks are automatic, so it makes sense that they have wires, but why can I see them hanging? Why can I TOUCH them if I want to??(Yes, I asked if the dodge ball was closed or not, just in case the dodge ball was only closed until there was a referee or something.)
Apr 01, 2025 · CandyfoodExtremely Disappointing and Unhygienic Party VenueOur experience hosting our daughter's birthday party at Get Air today was profoundly disappointing, particularly given the cost. We elected to pay an additional $50 for a private room, anticipating a certain standard. Instead, we were met with frankly unhygienic conditions: a noticeably sticky floor and a tablecloth soiled with remnants from previous parties. The level of service provided by the staff was minimal and unprofessional. Their demeanor was rude, and their appearance concerning. Their involvement was limited to delivering food and beverages, with no follow-up or assistance offered thereafter. Despite this lack of service, there was an inappropriate and forceful suggestion of a 20% gratuity upon our departure.Furthermore, the advertised party duration is misleading. It was explicitly stated as 1 hour and 59 minutes, not the expected two hours, and adherence to this limit was strictly enforced, creating a rushed and unwelcoming end to the event. The combination of poor cleanliness, unprofessional staff, questionable pricing value, and poor customer service processes warrants serious attention from Get Air management. We certainly have no intention of returning for future events.
Apr 12, 2025 · Jordon DaleDeep disappointment with the experience we had at Get Air during my son’s birthday party, What was supposed to be a joyful and fun celebration for our family was unfortunately marred by a series of events that left us feeling disrespected and very unsatisfied.During the party, a fight broke out, which was extremely upsetting for everyone involved. However, instead of offering assistance or showing any concern for the well-being of our group, the staff seemed primarily focused on ensuring that we paid the remaining bill. The physical fight situation escalated to the point where police were called, and we felt as though the safety and enjoyment of our event were entirely disregarded. This was mentioned and the manager & General manager were both VERY unprofessional and demanded us just to pay the bill. While I understand that the staff must manage difficult situations, I was incredibly disappointed by the lack of empathy and support from the management team. The priority should have been on ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for us, rather than threatening us with police involvement over the, not yet paid bill. My child, along with others were upset and scared & not to mention they lost 15-20 minutes of their play time due to grown adults fighting and being arrested. We certainly won’t be returning to Get Air after this experience.
Mar 09, 2025 · Denae PollingerPrices are fair; employees were constantly monitoring and walking around if there was a need for assistance. It wasn’t crowded. Plenty of things for my kids to spend 2 hours exploring.
