Sky Zone Trampoline Park Reviews
This place used to be really nice. Now, it’s run down and borderline unsafe. It’s clear that management has invested ZERO dollars in maintaining and replacing equipment as it becomes worn and unserviceable. It wouldn’t take much to return this park to its former glory, but management has decided that saving a few bucks is more important than a reputation of quality and safety. Additionally, the staff on the floor treat customers like an annoyance. They roll their eyes if you ask to use attractions like the slide, high jump, and zipline and overuse their whistle to create the illusion of safety when the real safety risk is the overused equipment in desperate need of repair or replacement. In the lonely high note of our visit, the associate at the front desk was helpful and professional. If you choose to patronize this business, lower your expectations accordingly.
Dec 14, 2024 · Ben GossI recently visited Sky Zone, and I have to say—this place is top-notch! The staff is incredibly attentive, friendly, and well-organized, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish. They ensured safety guidelines were followed which put me at ease knowing I didn't have to helicopter parent my children, they handled everything flawlessly! The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers a variety of fun activities that cater to all ages. My children had the time of their lives, jumping, laughing, and making unforgettable memories! What made the visit even better was that Sky Zone stayed open late, allowing us to squeeze in even more fun without feeling rushed. From trampoline dodgeball to freestyle jumping, every section was efficiently managed, ensuring a stress-free, energetic experience. If you're looking for an amazing outing with family, I can't recommend Sky Zone enough! Their commitment to excellent service and organization truly sets them apart.
May 25, 2025 · Matthew Newman5 years ago it was the best, now the price is high, if you want to store your stuff in the locker you have to pay. You enter and you smell an unpleasant odor, the bathrooms are dirty and the games are worn out. It used to be my family's favorite place, I paid my membership but it is NOT worth it. Very expensive for what it offers. You are going downhill.
Feb 24, 2025 · Gogy XooxThis place was nice a year ago. It has gone downhill since and is now in bad shape. The foam squares are totally deteriorated which is a safety concern since they've lost the necessary cushion. The basketball hoops are broken. One isn't even bolted in. Broken equipment. My kid went to the bathroom and every stall was out of toilet paper. One of the virtual jump pads has been broken at least 7 months I know of. Water fountains are all broken as well.Update: went back again and its actually worse. I see reviews from a month ago and none of it has been addressed. One of the air bags was flat I nearly broke my leg on it. It's a piece of crap. Video board still broken. Tons of unsafe padding and exposed plywood. No one cares about this place they just take your money
Jan 18, 2025 · russ reidI’ve had a membership with skyline for almost two years. Every time I took my two kids, they both would be let in. This past Saturday I took my kids and we got in no problem. Today Thursday March 20, 2025, I took my kids since it’s a slow day today and the person working the register said my son doesn’t have a membership and if he wanted to jump, I had to pay 28.99. Um that’s expensive for one day. I told the person working the register we were just there this past Saturday and I was told that today Thursday March 20, 2025 they were enforcing the rules. I would’ve appreciated a call or email related to my membership being changed. My husband called this location since he is the one that pays for it and he told me at first that no one was picking up the phone and I told him that place is empty so I’m not sure why they’re not picking up and when he spoke to someone at sky zone the person told him, “Well, we are enforcing the rules starting today.” that is so unprofessional and we are canceling our membership because of this, their lack of communication. How are you going to switch up the rules membership from night to day? Makes no sense.
