This article aims to provide a clear, engaging, and informative overview of FUNBOX Bounce & Party Center, highlighting its unique attractions, convenient location, services offered, and what makes it a highly suitable destination for active entertainment and memorable celebrations in Northern California.
FUNBOX distinguishes itself as a premier indoor bounce park, offering a climate-controlled environment that provides a welcome escape from both the summer heat and winter chill, a significant advantage in the California climate. Unlike temporary outdoor bounce parks, FUNBOX provides a permanent, meticulously maintained facility. Their concept is centered around creating a "kid-first, social-media-second vibe," ensuring that while there are plenty of photo opportunities, the primary focus remains on pure, unadulterated fun and active play. From continuous bounce zones to specialized play areas, FUNBOX promises a unique and energetic experience that appeals to toddlers, children, teenagers, and even adults who want to join in the bouncing action.
FUNBOX Bounce & Party Center is conveniently located at 4710 Natomas Blvd Ste 190, Sacramento, CA 95835, USA. This address places it squarely within the Natomas area of Sacramento, making it easily accessible for residents within the city and surrounding communities. Natomas Boulevard is a well-known thoroughfare, ensuring that finding the facility is straightforward for visitors.
The location in Natomas offers practical benefits for local users. It's often part of a commercial hub, which typically means ample parking is available, reducing stress upon arrival. Its position within Sacramento provides convenient access for families driving from various parts of the metropolitan area, including Elk Grove, Roseville, Citrus Heights, and Davis. Being an indoor facility, FUNBOX provides a consistent environment for play regardless of California's weather, offering a perfect escape from extreme temperatures. This combination of central location and all-weather availability makes FUNBOX a highly practical and appealing choice for consistent family fun in the Sacramento region.
FUNBOX Bounce & Party Center offers a specialized range of services centered around its expansive inflatable playground, designed for high-energy fun and memorable events.
General Admission / Open Bounce: This is the primary service, providing access to the "World's Biggest Bounce Park®" which is a massive, interconnected inflatable playground spanning 20,000 to 25,000 square feet. Sessions are typically timed, for example, approximately 90 minutes.
Multiple Play Zones: The park features numerous distinct play zones, all connected for continuous bouncing action. Examples of these zones include:
- Tumble Temple: An area designed for acrobatic bouncing.
- Marshmallow Mountain: A soft, bouncy peak to conquer.
- Gumball's Gallop: A whimsical and engaging bouncing area.
- Obstacle Course: Challenges designed to test agility and speed.
- 23-Foot Slide: A thrilling, impressive slide for all ages.
- Battle Beam: A jousting-style inflatable challenge.
- Ninja Wall: A dynamic feature for aspiring ninjas.
Birthday Parties: FUNBOX is a popular choice for hosting children's birthday parties. While specific packages can vary, they typically include designated jump time within the park and often access to a party area.
Required Grip Socks: For safety and hygiene, all jumpers are required to wear FUNBOX Grip Socks. These can be purchased at the venue if visitors don't have them.
Toddler Area: A designated trampoline or bounce area specifically for toddlers (often under 2 years old), designed to provide a safer environment for very young children. While intended for toddlers, close parental supervision is key due to potential mixing with older children, as highlighted in customer reviews.
FUNBOX Bounce & Party Center stands out with several key features and highlights that contribute to its popularity as an amusement center in the Sacramento area.
Massive Indoor Inflatable Park: The most prominent highlight is its sheer size – billed as the "World's Biggest Bounce Park®," offering 20,000 to 25,000 square feet of continuous bouncing fun. This extensive space means plenty of room for kids (and adults) to jump, run, and explore without feeling overly crowded, even during busy periods.
Climate-Controlled Environment: As an indoor facility, FUNBOX provides a comfortable experience regardless of the weather outside. This is a significant advantage in California, especially during hot summers, making it a reliable year-round option for active play.
Variety of Interactive Zones: Beyond just open bouncing, the park is segmented into multiple unique play zones like Tumble Temple, Marshmallow Mountain, and an Obstacle Course. This variety keeps the experience fresh and engaging, encouraging different types of play and challenges. The inclusion of a 23-foot slide adds an extra element of thrill.
Active Staff Supervision: Customer reviews often highlight the presence of staff actively monitoring the kids in the bounce areas. This supervision helps manage rough play and enforces rules, contributing to a safer environment for jumpers. While there have been noted areas for improvement (e.g., dedicated supervision in toddler zones), the commitment to active monitoring is a positive feature.
Party Hosting Capabilities: FUNBOX is a popular venue for children's birthday parties, providing a dynamic and memorable setting for celebrations. While not explicitly detailed in the provided information, typical party centers often offer dedicated party areas or rooms, which enhance the overall party experience for hosts and guests.
Cleanliness (Especially at Opening): As a newer facility, or during its grand opening phases, customers have noted the impressive cleanliness of the park, which contributes significantly to a pleasant visitor experience. Maintenance of this cleanliness is key for continued positive impressions.

FUNBOX Bounce & Party Center Reviews
We visited this new indoor bounce park on a Wednesday around 5 PM. Despite it being a weekday, it was quite busy. The staff was actively monitoring the kids and stopping any rough play or running—some visitors were even asked to leave for not following the rules. That shows a good level of supervision and care for safety. My 5-year-old daughter absolutely loved it! Overall, I’m happy with this place. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because there was no staff member present at the trampoline area designated for toddlers under 2 years old. I went in there with my younger daughter, and everything was fine until some kids aged 11 and up came flying in. That created a potentially dangerous situation. I believe this section should have someone supervising it to prevent older children from using the toddler area.Other than that, it’s a great place, and we’ll definitely be back!
May 22, 2025 · Anna AbramovaI was happy to know this was indoors. When this has been in the parking lot at the Roseville Galleria we never went because it was always too hot.We went on day 2 of opening so it was still very clean. The free lockers are a plus !!Be cautious if you have little kids on a weekend. My 4 year old was knocked down and almost trampled many times by the teenagers who pretty much seemed to take over the place. We were here at 5 on a Saturday. It was extremely busy. We only saw 2 employees actually in the bounce area - but never any control or instructions given to the teens who were all over the place. If you have littler kids - go on a weekdayI’m happy to go during the grand opening. It’s definitely perfect for this summer. It’s going to be hot so it’s good to have a place like this that kids can spend time at - and get some exercise.
May 24, 2025 · Jessica HarrisonThis review is solely based on the interaction I had with Lauren, a Natomas FunBox staff member. I was inquiring about birthday party packages and she was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and personable. She gave me a tour, explained how everything worked, and answered all of my questions thoroughly.
Jun 24, 2025 · Felicia MedranoWe came for our first time today and it was so much fun! The kids had a blast. All of the staff is very friendly and the party room look like they will be a whole lot of fun so we will be booking the party as well.Very clean and safe
May 17, 2025 · JessFunBox is definitely a hit with kids of all ages—my 4-year-old and 2.5-year-old had a blast running, jumping, and exploring. The setup is colorful and exciting, and it’s easy to see why it’s so popular. However, be warned: when the place gets crowded with older kids (like during a school field trip), it can quickly become overwhelming for the little ones. A group of second graders came through and the vibe totally shifted—lots of rough play and running that made it hard for toddlers to safely enjoy the space.I’d love to see them improve the toddler area and add a designated toddler time—something like 9am to 11am for ages 5 and under would make a big difference for families with young kids.On the hygiene front, I noticed a number of kids going into the bathroom with just their socks, then returning straight to the jump houses. Definitely plan to wash hands before leaving. Also, there’s a strong plastic smell throughout the space. If they don’t already have air vents, they should seriously consider installing some for better air circulation. We also took aparty room tour. The party rooms are actually really nice—pretty private, clean, and you get the space for two hours. A big plus is that you can bring your own food, and there’s even a small fridge available, which is super helpful for storing drinks or cake.Overall, we’d go again, but only if we knew it wouldn’t be overcrowded or could come during toddler-specific hours. There’s a lot of potential here, but a few changes could make it even better for younger kids.
