Catapult Adventure Park Puyallup Reviews
Not too crowded and the staff was helpful and kept the line moving. There are a lot more fun things for the kids to do and the age range is pretty broad for the different activities. It was also decently clean from what I could tell, but as an adult I didn't get on the kids toys to check. It was a much better experience than the Big Air place according to my 7 year old.
Jun 21, 2025 · Adam RichardsonLots of fun for kids of different ages. They do have a jump house for kids under 6. All the staff were friendly and helpful! Was also nice that the place was not crowded.
Jun 28, 2025 · DJCustomer service here really needs to improve. They apply the rules to certain people but then let other groups get away with the same thing.I understand it gets busy there, but if outside food is an issue for one group, then they shouldn't be letting others eat outside food either. There was no apology from the staff. It was more of "well I didn't let them" and "that's not what happened," particularly from a staff member named Ashley. She wouldn't even apologize, which is #1 customer service, even if you don't mean it. Instead, it was gaslighting, placing blame, and deflecting. Just mismanagement overall.Don't make a rule you enforce for some but not for all.
Jun 01, 2025 · Lenie FranklinThe cost is crazy, which is why I would give it a 3. $60 to just get in is absurd. However, from a kids' perspective, they would give it a "4.5" so I'm leaving a 4. Overall, the layout is nicely designed and big enough that it doesn't feel overcrowded. They also had some very nice and polite young workers that day at the front counter.
Apr 10, 2025 · Christi KinzlerThis is definitely one of the funnest family adventures to do and actually pretty budget friendly. Had my oldest sons 13th Birthday there and I’m not sure who had the most fun adults or kids. Pizza is Pizza Hut too so another plus in my family’s choosing. We were all hot sweaty and tired by end of the two hours. The best part for us old people was the feeling of being hit by a Mack truck the following 3 days. It’s a fun way to get your workout and spend time with the kiddo’s. Only reason for not 5 stars is the lack of employees which causes lack of attractions being open due to short staff.
