Big 5 Sporting Goods Reviews
I am a big fan of Big 5 sporting goods. This company has been around for decades and is part of my childhood memories. These stores have been around before the big box sporting goods stores. I honestly believe Big 5 has all that you need even though the store is small. It's amazing what they do sell once you walk around and take a look. Please consider giving Big 5 a chance before you head over to the large sporting goods stores. Big 5 always runs amazing weekly specials and discounts. Take a look at their weekly ad on their website and then also sign up for email messages to receive a 10% off coupon for a future purchase.
Mar 12, 2024 · Dorena G.Big 5 Sporting Goods is a sports store I usually purchase lots of sport related items like fishing gear, shoes, and swimming suits. They have fishing license here for our convenience too.I saw lots of sports goods stores come and go. But Big 5 is still opening more stores and has the lowest prices. The parking at this one in Natomas is easy. I got my car parked very close to the store every time when I visited this store.
Jan 25, 2024 · Michael W.I just received the worse customer service from Marcos “the Manager in North Natomas. He could not figure out how to return my $40 online order. He was studying the instructions and never apologized for making me wait or not figuring it out. He just said to call customer service. I called and PF course they were closed. Thanks for nothing Marcos. I will be complaining to his manager Ken and will never purchase from BG 5 in Natomas again.
Jun 05, 2025 · Jalisa 11Doug had great service and took care of me at 8:15 with an ammo purchase and even stayed to help process the doj check. 6/5 stars!! ⭐️
Feb 16, 2025 · Vinay SharmaThis review based on two visits to this store within 3 weeks. The first visit I was looking for a snow sled. The young woman I asked for information was less than helpful and seemed more interested in her stocking assignment, she was bothered that I was asking her about something I wanted to purchase..I let it roll. Next shopping experience was to buy a pop up that was a one day special. Per the stores website the stock notification directed me to call store to verify availabilty since it was listed as low stock. I called and gave the associate the sku and she asked me to hold. I waited 15 minute's and decided to drive over before rush hour traffic was in full effect. I pull into parking lot at the 29 minute hold mark. The person said "have you been helped?" I replied I has been on hold for 30 minutes and I just parked , I will be in. Apparently no had looked so a search was started. After waiting some more I walked the floor myself. I found it. It was the only one in stock. Guess I was "lucky" that it was there. All in all I am not confident that this is the place to shop, unless you feel LUCKY.
