Huge thank you to Sky Zone for an amazing birthday party! 🎉 It was the best decision we could’ve made, especially in this summer heat — cool, fun, and safe! ☀️❄️ The kids had an absolute blast and couldn’t stop smiling! The staff were all so kind and attentive — from the front desk to the party hosts and floor crew. Everyone was polite, and the team kept an eye on the kids the whole time, which gave us real peace of mind. 🧡The pizza was delicious, and the gifts included in the VIP package were such a fun bonus! 🎁 Everything was so well organized — we truly enjoyed every moment. Thank you so much for making this day so special! We’ll definitely be back! 🙌✨
Jun 10, 2025 · Tatiana ChernyshevaCelebrated my daughter's birthday here. I liked everything very much. Very clean. The staff are very friendly. You can buy a card from them for $35 and get a 35% discount on your birthday. We had 20 children invited and had a very good discount. Thanks a lot.
Feb 12, 2022 · Anna RushanianFirst time there with my kids and let me tell you the facility is unsanitary with ice cream stained and smears all over the floors and other sticky surfaces in which my son walked on soaking his skyzone socks! Was so disappointing, as for food theirs only candy and drinks not much of a menu. Iv been attending the Dublin ca branch which they keep very clean and are on top of their routine making sure all guest are respectful respecting the rules and are being safe while enjoying the visit as well as their manager Craig be on top of things making all guest happy and satisfied. This branch is filthy and the trampolines have lots of areas where the pads are detaching and making the springs visible and dangerous as someone can land or step right into those openings which could cause serious injury. The place has lots of fun attractions but just needs to be more cleaner and employees should be taking it more seriously and stop ignoring the filth that’s obvious, there can easily be slip and fall anytime at this facility. They should offer a better selection of food instead of sugary snacks only. Not to mention guest are carving out inappropriate images on the soft foam cubes that are in the pits. Just looks rundown. I literally canceled my membership the same day I signed us up just not worth it so many germs it’s gross. The Young employees there need to be more professional
Apr 02, 2025 · Drew GueI would have given zero stars if I could. This place was awful! Came here for my godson’s birthday and the service was the worst I have ever had at a place like this. The pizzas were late and then we were told they didn’t know where they were. My sister in law was told they would take off the pizza and then they still tried to charge her. We eventually spoke to a manager and got them removed. However there was no host in the room and the young kid that did come in only came in once with her friend. The bathrooms are dirty and everyone working their is super young and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place at all for a party. The picture online make this place look much nicer than it is.
Aug 07, 2023 · Nicole RWell, I have two children 7 and 9. We originally came two years ago. We belong to another jump park, but it was closed for some reason. So, we came here around 6:30 on Sunday, May 11. The price was high I thought and then we had to use your socks and not the jump socks they had on their feet. I had to pay $14.00 for three bottles of beverages. I couldn't pay cash for some reason. The park is definitely for young people, which is fine, but your place should at least have a few comfortable places for older adults to sit that are not hard benches. The peddling game was fun, but one was broken with the back off. I reported it and the person seemed surprised about it. If I noticed it, why didn't they?On a more positive note, both children enjoyed themselves, especially the game that interacts with the kid for the variety of sports that they jump on the mat. That was cool. One point, the large slide; one child requested to sit up for it and the attendant said no you must lay on your stomach. She did what they said and she ended up scraping both of her elbows. The music was fun, the large trampoline area was good.Overall, I give you an average grade. Could be improved with a full snack bar, not just a refrigerated beverage/snack area.Just my opinion,SMac
