It was a ton of fun. My family and friends had a great time. But, the cashier who tends to us charged us for 1 extra adult. After seeing the receipt, we just ended up going in as well because we didn't wanna do the cancel/reimbursement thing. The bathroom needs to be checked and kept.
Sep 08, 2024 · Marah BaldwinMy kids thoroughly enjoyed burning some energy here. We all loved how many different activities there are to do. The staff was courteous and helpful and interacted with as well as helped out the kids if necessary on some of the equipment. We will definitely be back again!
Feb 10, 2019 · Kelli RustVery fun experience. Took my 2 little brothers and they had a blast. We stayed for 3 hours, the staff was very kind. We went when it was pretty empty. Highly recommend if you have money to spare
Jan 15, 2025 · MitsWe came early Saturday morning with our 1 1/2 and 3 year old. It was so much fun for all of us. There was no separate toddler area, but it wasn't crazy busy at this time so it wasn't an issue and the kids did great. Perfect place to be active with the kids!
Dec 03, 2024 · Christina SteeleRockin' Jump used to be organized and well-maintained; I wish I could say that about my latest visit... 👎🏽👎🏽1) Walked in and waited at the desk to be helped. An on duty staff member saw us and walked away. A staff member who had already clocked out for the day saw us and asked if we needed help.2) There was NO staff attending any of the areas.3) There was an older teen who full force throwing balls at younger smaller children in the dodge ball area. There was no staff being vigilant or proactive in keeping anyone safe.
