Sky Zone Trampoline Park Reviews
Worst time to visit this place is in the summer. It’s super hot inside. Staff said that the AC’s weren’t working. It was cooler outside in the 90 + degree temperature. It wasn’t too crowded and the kids were able to do their thing without waiting too long.Staff was pretty nice, but the restrooms were filthy. Other than that, the kids had a good time.
Jun 29, 2025 · Joe MVery nice staff accommodating sweet even, It gets packed so just be cautious with the kids around especially if you have a young one. It’s relatively inexpensive I thought it was clean for the most part I would recommend going when it’s not too packed. The food area has some really amazing workers super sweet to my 2 year old, as a single dad I felt comfortable. Thank you again for the pizza it was delicious
Jun 08, 2025 · EliasThis is the first time I have been pleasantly surprised by a birthday party. The event space is HUGE with so much for kids to do. From the actual trampoline park to the arcade style games my son loved it all. We went for a family birthday party and it was all organized very well. We went on a Saturday night so we got to experience the glow play. The food is decent. Staff was very kind and helpful. My only complaint is that it is incredibly hot in there and it smells like sweaty feet. I mean it's expected with so many people in there at once. But it would be a much more enjoyable experience with industrial fans in there to cool off the place. Pricing seems reasonable given everything they have to offer.
Apr 09, 2025 · Emily MillsSky Zone on Zaragoza is absolutely fantastic! All of the staff are great and provide excellent customer service. The environment is welcoming and enjoyable for both kids and adults. A special shout-out to Victor, who has been more than helpful every time we visit. We've purchased the monthly membership, and it is totally worth it. The kids have an amazing time while also being physically active. We did the Glow After Hours, our last visit, and the kids had an awesome time glowing and jumping around. I highly recommend this place for its friendly, family-oriented environment and all-around great experience at a reasonable price. Thank you, Giselle and Sky Zone staff, for always providing excellent customer service!!!
Jun 22, 2024 · Crystal RodriguezMy daughter was invited to a birthday party here but decided to stay with my other kid so I could check it out. I paid for myself, not knowing it was free admission for non-jumpers. That would have been helpful to know, but I searched the website thoroughly, and I couldn't find that info. The prices are reasonable, so I figured I could get in there and jump around, too. When I needed a breather, I stood on the side of the jumping wall to get out of people's way. Immediately, an attendant came and told me I couldn't stand on the padding, which really bothered me, because I had not been standing there more than 20 seconds and I really just needed a little breather not in anyone's way or hurting anyone. On another note, they have a small arcade that free. I didn't try the food, but put a pic of the menu and prices so you can check them out. I did notice a few things that have been pointed out in other reviews:1. The place is a little run down and dirty2. There are a lot of workers just standing there chatting3. The water fountain had a huge water puddle of water that was there for my entire 2 hour stay4. A few of the arcade machines were not functioningI guess you get what you pay for.
