Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
Went for the first time and thought it would be good for kids. I was told No water bottles from outside yet they can sell alcohol around kids area. Not only that but there were many tables with water tumblers. I asked again why I couldn't bring my water tumbler in. Water tumblers stayed the entire time we were there but I couldn't have mine.Front counter staff were rude and told me I could buy water at the concession area. That's not my point. Water is 2.95 which I don't mind but why couldn't I bring my own since there were many who had theirs?I got complimentary water n told no refills. Why? It's just water.Overall attraction was good but lousy service.
Jun 20, 2025 · Melissa MontoyaI went to this venue to attend a birthday party. I had to sign a waiver before entering, i presume everyone has to. You get a host for your party who leads you to your table and makes sure you have what you need. It is a great venue for allowing children to get let out energy. They have decent food and options for exuberant children to expel energy. It's a safe environment as far as tagging matching bracelets for the group and a police presence at the Exit door. Trampoline type bouncing areas for several size children. Some are only for teenagers. Safety protocols, such as tethers and straps to keep the children from falling. There are obstacle courses and plenty of employees to instruct and keep your children safe. I recommend this place.
Apr 29, 2025 · Jesse DryerCannot wait for my 12 month membership to end!!! Beware of the “membership” it’s A CONTRACT and you cannot cancel unless you DIE or move 25 miles away from the nearest Urban Air.This place is disgusting, every time I take my kids they get sick a few days later! No lie!! Plus their food is horrible the pizza is always cold and doesn’t taste good.
Jun 24, 2025 · KrystalWonderful! Family passes were a great price we got a FAMILY pass that included bracelets for all the attractions and food/ drinks for the entire family at a discounted price. We all had an amazing time. Everything worked there were no attractions out of order or unavailable. staff was nice, knowledgeable and attentive and food was prepared in a timely manner. I would say there needs to be more people in housekeeping to help clear overfilled trash cans especially near the area for parties and groups, and clear away trash and wipe down after groups leave. Aside from that, all attractions were clean, safe and had a great flow. The arcade wasn't bad either. Urban air never disappoints. My family has been so many times for birthdays and even just to get out of the house spring break and summer. It's always a great time. And the family pass that includes food and drinks for $120 is Amazing!!! I think they should really consider keeping it all year
Jan 19, 2025 · Crystal ThompsonWent in at 6:30 and by the time I checked everyone in and got the tickets and changed into the socks it was 7pm. The kids played for 30 minutes until the lights came on and they announced they were closing at 8. I wish the girl up front would of let me know that they closed at 8 because I wouldn’t of spent $180 on tickets and $160 on food… so disappointing
