WhoaZone at Whihala Beach Reviews
This was our first time to Whoa Zone and we loved it! Parking was super easy since the lot is steps away from the beach. We chose the unlimited pass. They do make everyone exit each hour. This gave the kids time to rest. The beach was very nice. You can bring floats too which is fun to lounge in the water.
Aug 27, 2024 · Lania RosengrenWe made a day of this my kiddo and I had a blast. Unique experience for us. We come to Illinois/Indiana and visit family and I like to plan fun outings for us. My son had a blast! We will definitely do it again.
Jun 30, 2024 · Lauren DawThe kids had a blast and the lifeguards were nice and helpful. Parking is $5 an hour and the Whoa zone cost $23 a person.
Aug 12, 2023 · JesseThis place is soooo fun!! I took my kids 3 times this year. They loved it!! The beach is nice, the water is clear. Parking is convenient. We can't wait to go back nxt summer!
Oct 01, 2018 · Natalie LInteresting way to spend some time at the beach. The beach is pretty dirty and there's a ton of rocks. The shoreline is pretty narrow, so walking around everybody's camps is a pain. Parking is way over priced, even with all the parking money they couldn't even have the beach showers on. Be prepared to ethier pay cash at the beach entrance or walk down to the concession stand to pay with a card, O and have who ever is going to the play area with because they need to be present to get the arm band. The life guards are a joke, I'm 6 foot 2, I got yelled at while standing in 5 foot deep water for not having a life jacket on, I even saw a dad get yelled at for having his son on his shoulders, craziness. Overall it's a experience worth trying once.
