Sky Zone Trampoline Park Reviews
We went to skyzone on April 26 2025 the lincoln location one recently opened.my family had a good time ot was for a 4 year birthday party the hosts Kristin and I apologize was a gentleman forgot his name was excellent they were extremely nice answered questions and was really on the job we had our own private room cake pizza I'm extremely happy we will be going again the only thing didn't like is supposed to be for all ages some of the workers denied kids due to ages on certain activities should have been told that or a sign says that but overall good experience
Apr 28, 2025 · Melissa LyonsDefinitely an upgrade from Altitude Skokie. Spacious but not overwhelming and clean. Customer service could be a little better and food wasn't really all that great, but my son had fun that's all that matters
Feb 10, 2025 · Ghanaian GoddezzSky Zone Lincoln Park Team,I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience at my child’s birthday party held at your Lincoln Park location on April 19th at 4:30 PM.While the check-in process went smoothly, the issues began when it was time to move to the party room and serve food. According to our booking, we were scheduled to move into the party room at 5:30 PM, but no announcement was made. I had to personally request that an announcement be made to gather the children.Once the kids arrived in the room—about 15 minutes later—there were no preparations done in advance by the party host or planner. The room was not set up, no drinks were placed, and pizza was not served despite the children already being seated. Our guests and family members had to carry the drink dispensers into the room themselves, and it was my own guests who ended up serving the food to the kids.In addition, although the party was booked for 25 children, only 20 plates and cups were provided. No announcement or assistance was given for the cake cutting either—I had to initiate that as well. This experience fell far short of what was promised and expected. Your policy clearly states that “The Party Host will set up the party room ahead of your designated party room time,” but that did not happen. Overall, the event was disorganized and stressful, and it reflected poorly on what should have been a special day for our child and guests.I hope you take this feedback seriously and look into what went wrong so future parties are not impacted similarly. I would appreciate a response regarding how this situation will be addressed.
Apr 22, 2025 · Swati GangradeWARNING: Proceed at your own risk. My children frequently visit trampoline parks, but this place is beyond. Today, my six-year-old son broke his finger in two places on the unattended aerial silks. My husband also slipped on stairs that, for some reason, had been cleaned with slide oil. He now has a bruised back and pain. After he fell a child and a woman slipped right after him. Additionally, there was an unattended hook used to pull in the swing left near the stairs. Someone tripped over that, which then fell and hit my son on the same injured finger. He screamed and cried in excruciating pain, and the staff actually stood there laughing at him and didn't move to help. This all happened within the first 20 minutes of our visit. I witnessed numerous other safety issues and poorly trained staff. My daughter also hit her head on the slide due to the latter. Suffice it to say, we left about 30 mins into our 90-minute play.Initially, my request for a refund was denied, but after taking my son to urgent care and confirming his injury, I called back to request an apology for my son. He received the apology, and I was told I would receive a refund. That, however, did not change the fact his finger was broken.
Jun 26, 2025 · Sofia AlvarezI'm going to break this review up into parts. (FYI, I have a membership)🚫Birthday Parties definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND at this location‼️ Elmhurst is wayyy better and more accommodating1. When u reserve a room, you do not get the room for the full time you are there. U get it for 1 hour.2. My son had his party in March. Not only did the attendant forget we had a party. We had no host for the first 15 minutes. Pizzas were not ready... done in a rush... wrong order. Complained when I asked for more drinks.3. Was rushed towards the end and began cleaning and mopping before our hour was up. Not only is that a problem it's a hazard. Food was still out and the teens are spraying and sloshing mop water around. Mind u i was the LAST PARTY SO I SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN RUSHED ESPECIALLY IF THEY WERE LATE STARTING MY ROOM.4. CHECK IN PROCESS FOR PARTIES SUCK ASS TOO‼️🚫FOOD- do not recommendI'd rather rent a table and bring my own food because it's horrible. Air fried and sitting in a heater for hours, pizza have bubbles all on top (remember the movie hitch with Will smith allergicreaction!?!? Imagine his face on the pizza) is just trifling‼️Bet the employees' food be fresh and right, tho.✅️PROTHE ONLY REASON I DECIDED TO GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE IS BECAUSE MY CHILDREN LIKE THE ACTIVITIES HERE, THEY DONT HAVE A SLIDE IN ELMHURST OR DODGE BALL. TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT JUST FOR AN OUTTING OR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP. JUST NOT FOR PARTIES.Regular check in with membership is way easier than booking a party.
