Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
Had our sons birthday party there. The negatives were that when you book it online and your receipt will say your getting an all day play pass starting from the start of your party. The person who called to confirm our booking informed me we would get an hour past the party time not the rest of the day. When I said that's not what the website said at the time of booking she told me it said exceptions might apply. I said well then it shouldn't say that once I go to book the party and pay. I said If I wasn't getting what Ipaid for there should be some compensation. I was told that was between me and our location and the city not her problem. When I asked the day of the party our hostess said we would have at least 4 hours. Then an hour after the party (which was 2 hours) and after I closed out the bill, which again the receipt said we paid for an all day play pass for our guest, we were told our time was up. Its a clean facility and the kids had fun. There are lots of things to do. The pizza was great, way better than I had expected. Our hostess was friendly and kept checking on us to see if we needed any food or drinks. She made sure the kids were taken care of with the socks and wrist bands.
Mar 21, 2025 · Shane MinchGreat Pizza at a fair price! The door fees though for young kids isnt. Basically only tuing the 40” below could do was try to jump on a trampoline when bigger kids were not bouncing through! They only had one bumper car going for small drivers.. last and certainly not least we had an incident where my grandson free fell from climbing wall ! His harness did not catch him!!!!! Luckily he only hurt his wrist, and lucky for them I never knew about it till I got home!
Apr 28, 2025 · Gerald GarretsonMemories made with my grands. We had so much fun. So much to do there. 5hours went by so fast. We are already talking about going again.
Apr 27, 2025 · cheryl shepherdWe drove 1.5hrs in May to bring the grandkids and had friends meet us. The kids had a blast. They did it all rock climbing zip lining jumping foam fight even had drinks and snacks. The pizza, popcorn were good but the soft pretzel could be used as a baseball. Now my granddaughter is getting ready to have a birthday and all she wants is to return which I am sure we will next week. I do think they need more employees or at least spread out. We had three people putting on harnesses for the zip line and they were just talking which is fine as long as u are taking care of the line as well but one girl was doing all the work. Everyone was very friendly and we enjoyed our adventure.
Jun 25, 2025 · Lisa SiskTook my daughter there for the first time yesterday and we had a blast out the past… I had a great experience. It was packed but very enjoyable and entertaining. The food was good. They have the best lemonade ever. On top of that a nice lady gave me a $5 off coupon because she had an extra ticket. I even ran into my little cousin that was hosting a party there. So yes I loved my time there and so did my daughter
