Sky Zone Trampoline Park Reviews
Had my kid birthday here on a Sunday from 1 to 4. First 2 hours the kids were having fun in all the jumping areas. The last hour they send us to our room were we ate and continued to celebrate her birthday. From my experience I loved it. The staff was friendly, they explain everything. They assisted me if I had any questions and even when we were in our room. The pizza was hot and was served once we settled in our room. The only thing suggestion for this place is make sure AC is always on because I was sweating the whole time I was there and I wasn’t even jumping. Also do a little better with cleaning the carpets. Other than that everything was good.
Jun 28, 2025 · C LoveMoving MORE to stay alive in 25' is one of my goals for the year. When the activity is FUN, and your best friend joins you, it feels effortless. Found out that Sky Zone opens at 9a, so choosing this experience was a no-brainer.Registration was pretty easy after signing the waivers. I read online that non-slip socks were mandatory, so l grabbed a pair from pilates. Absolutely unacceptable! You must purchase Sky Zone socks as there is a matter of liability. Oh well, I tried.Started out stuffing winter gear into a shared locker, took a few pictures and headed to the basketball court. My dunking and lay-up skills were awesome! Of course, it helped A LOT that there was bounce. Lol. Moved to a smaller adjacent court with even more bounce! On to the free-form trampoline for a test of skills and height challenges. So much fun! Although, my legs are a little wobbly, why not continue to push myself and try the Warrior Course.Talk about a beat down, I fell and fell some more. Laughing to the bottom of the foam. I couldn't seem to get out of it. Well, total body work out, complete!Slept like a baby too.Going back next week. Can't wait!
Feb 18, 2025 · Lisa PaceHad a wonderful time at this location. Came on Thursday this week for a play date with my son & a couple of his friends. We were on spring break and came during the day. It wasn’t too crowded at all. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. The woman who checked us in was really great since our group was arriving at different times. The pizzas came out piping hot . The gentleman who worked the food area was very courteous and helpful as well. Kids loved the play area and it seems to have been recently updated. They really loved the ball court & the three level play area. Great time all around!
Apr 04, 2025 · N SaltThis location needs serious attention — from management down. Alyssa, who is supposedly the assistant general manager, was shockingly unprofessional. Her clothing was completely inappropriate for a kids’ environment, and her attitude? Nasty and unapproachable. If this is the example of leadership, no wonder the team follows suit.Tonesia, the team lead, wasn’t any better. Her attitude was straight-up disrespectful — rolling eyes, being short with customers, and making the whole environment uncomfortable. A team lead should be encouraging fun and safety, not dragging the vibe down. And don’t even get me started on the cleanliness. The bathrooms were disgusting — I was honestly terrified to use them. The floors were sticky and dirty like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. It’s clear there’s a lack of pride and care in how this place is run.Parents, guests — be cautious. And management? Step up. The owners should be disappointed by how this place is run.
Jun 25, 2025 · GiselleOne word....filthy! I don't think they own or have ever used a vacuum or have ever dusted. The staff stands around in groups talking rather than monitoring safety. I'm not sure how this place stays in business.
