Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
Was very pleased with our time here. There were lots of negative reviews I've read about this place but none of what was said was in my experience. The staff was plentiful and very helpful, there was nothing closed like others have stated. Our kids had an absolute ball here. Well definitely come back again in the future.
May 31, 2025 · luis maravillaI’ve been visiting this place regularly and I’m a member. I originally signed up for the summer membership, but for some reason, the employee registered me for an annual one instead. Since no one was able to fix it, I’ve spent a whole year trying to enjoy the park — so this review is based on many visits.• The food is extremely poor. Expect to wait 45 minutes in line, then another 40+ minutes just to get a pizza — if they don’t forget your order entirely. And even after all that, you might get a cold, hard slice. What’s worse: I’ve seen staff with long braids that fall into the popcorn machine — absolutely no hygiene. Tip: eat before you go.• Rides are often closed and you just have to wait until someone feels like opening them. Complaining to management? Not worth it. You’ll likely get a bad attitude.• The only mechanical ride hasn’t worked properly for about 5-6 months. Still, they leave one child sitting there like it’s functioning.• A friend hosted a birthday party here and kindly didn’t count us so she could invite more kids (we’re platinum members). Yet the staff kicked us out of the room, accusing us of crashing — even though we’re paying members.Very disappointed. I won’t be renewing my membership or or planning any events here
May 04, 2025 · Nadxhielly RosadoThere are a lot of fun attractions and it wasn't overly crowded when we went. The staff is very nice, but the food counter is extremely under staffed. In a line of 4-5 people, it easily took 20+ minutes to order. There was only 1 person behind the counter so it took a very long time to order and then get our items. I would recommend either having a second person filling drinks and grabbing items so the 1st person can continue to run the register. Another person in line suggested having ordering kiosks so people could put in their own orders and pay and get back to the fun while waiting for food. We've been to other similar places that offer a wristband for self serve drinks and that works really well. The food was typical of any other similar jump park. Ultimately, the kids had a great time so the only recommendation I have is related to efficiency for better time management.
Jun 14, 2025 · Ivan & Nikki SteeleTook the kids to Urban Air in Verona, and they had an absolute blast! It's like a kid's dreamland with trampolines, obstacle courses, and more. I’m pretty sure they ran more than I did all of last year. Meanwhile, I got my steps in just trying to keep up. Great place for family fun—just remember to bring caffeine!
May 03, 2025 · Mazin QureshiThis was our first time, and it was amazing! The kids absolutely loved it and never got bored. The staff were awesome, helping the kids with the rock wall specifically. We had a slushie spill, and they were really cool about getting it cleaned up. Everyone is so friendly, and every attraction was like something new. Great experience!
