The Sensory Zone Reviews
My son has come here for 2 years now. The staff is great with him and very understanding of his needs as a kiddo with Autism! They stay in communication with me and they love him and have become a safe space for my son to explore and be himself! Courtney the owner is always looking to make upgrades to the facility to help children and parents feel safe! We love you Sensory Zone family 😊
Jun 21, 2025 · Kaitlyn FritschFantastic, welcoming place for kids of all ages and abilities as well as their caregivers. My son and I have been going to the The Sensory Zone since it's grand opening and we utilize many of the services they offer.-open gym play-respite care on weekends-'no school day' camps-summer day camp-special events at The Sensory Zone-birthday partiesAll of the above have been wonderful experiences for us. My 9 year old son, who has multiple disabilities, feels accepted and included while he is there. As his mom, it has been very, very challenging to find appropriate childcare for him where the staff are knowledgeable about various disabilities, empathetic, willing to be accommodating of his unique needs, and quick to respond to questions or the occasional issue that may arise. The staff (Courtney, Destiny, Rose, and Greg) at The Sensory Zone have gone above and beyond for us, which has been such a relief and allowed me to continue to work full-time and get some occasional time for myself as well. It has also been wonderful to find a space where I can get advice or just share my experiences parenting a neurodivergent child with other people who 'get it.'The owner, Courtney's, commitment to the kids she serves and their caregivers is very evident and the way that she includes the kids in making decision for new items/activities there is really phenomenal.Madison is very lucky to have an inclusive space like this in our community.
Jun 23, 2025 · Whitney BeckThis place reports to be a safe environment for kids on the spectrum. My child attended their day camp programming and was attacked twice in the space of three days by two different campers. We were not called immediately when either attack occurred, we found out when picking him up at 5pm. Do NOT send your child there for day camp. They obviously do not have the ability to keep kids safe there.
Jun 23, 2025 · Rin RibbleWe blew through two hours here! Lots of activities to keep a 5 year old busy. He really enjoyed experiencing a lot of toys that were new to him. I love that they provide adaptive equipment so that all kids can have fun. This is such a great place for kids of all abilities to explore. Every city needs one of these!
Apr 25, 2023 · Maura SnyderMy kids love Keep Calm Sensory Zone. Lots of fun AND relaxing at the same time. We even brought home some sensory relaxation tools after getting to test them out there. I highly recommend and appreciate Keep Calm Sensory Zone! We'll be back and buying a punch card.
