- Year-Round Indoor Fun: For a state like Nebraska with varying weather, an indoor adventure park is a crucial resource for staying active and entertained year-round, especially during extreme heat, cold, or precipitation.
- Membership Value: As noted by a customer, the "cost of the membership is worth it" for frequent visitors, offering a cost-effective way to enjoy the attractions regularly.
- High-Energy Outlet: The park provides an excellent venue for children and even adults to "burn energy" and engage in physical activity, which is beneficial for overall health and well-being.

Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
While I do love the idea of this place, it can be very chaotic, especially during their busy times. I rarely see staff around to enforce the rules or check for safety. It also seems that some parents just let their children run wild without regard for their child's or other children's safety. I've seen too many times where kids are running around and into other people, especially smaller kiddos. Most of them don't even apologize and the ones that do say sorry are saying it so fast and aren't even stopping to make sure the other person is okay. I don't know if it's from being short-staffed or because the staff that do work there are kids themselves but it's just not as safe and fun as I hoped it to be. It's also always a mess with little to no sitting space for observation or eating. The bathrooms are filthy and the concessions can take a while to get. Now, with all that said, I do believe the cost of the membership is worth it, if you can muster up the courage to go more than 1 to 2 times a month. I also think the attraction options are pretty good, when they're open or not being hogged by bullies or bigger kids. I've definitely learned my limits though so I'll be hanging back and letting my boyfriend take the kids from now on.
Feb 16, 2025 · Cassie StoutHad lots of fun, I love that they offer time for the smaller ones. This location offers more activities than the one closer to our home. We had a blast.
Apr 21, 2025 · Brittani TaylorI would like to share my experience with them to all of you. I registered for membership one year and customer service told us that if don’t renewal your membership you will not be charged. Also, on December my husband asked them if there’s any form I have to sign for the cancellation membership and they said, no you don’t have to sign anything for that unless you want renewal membership. Then they changed us for January and February for no reason. My husband called them multiple times and went to office, they said, we will figure out let the higher managers know and they will refund you. We did not get anything from them except the instructions how to cancel membership that’s shame on them. They should embrace their customer service with their clients. It’s really shameful on them. If your employees don’t know the enough information about the membership process then should tell customers we don’t know. I would not recommend anyone to do membership because of your customer service. I hope there’s minus (-5) for your rates I would definitely give-5 instead of any stars , but you don’t let me post it until I put at least one star. You should feel shame about your customers service. 😡👎

Mar 23, 2025 · Jani LittleI had read through the reviews for this location to be better prepared, study what to look out for and to see if there were suggestive solutions. The second we walked in, we were met with information we needed and friendly staff members who welcomed us in and interacted with the kids to amp the excitement. I heard complaints about the socks for purchase. Honestly, that’s a personal opinion, as for myself, as a parent who worries about germs and things my kids touch being sanitary.. I appreciate them. The socks also become a fun souvenir. I seen the complaint of not having enough seating for parents to observe.. I believe there is a sufficient amount of seating, but a lack of parents and their kids cleaning up after themselves.. leaving a ton of garbage at the tables can appear as that table being occupied by kids playing and planning to return.. I get it’s a kids domain but come on, at least try to put the water bottles in the garbage and not on the floor. I also seen and heard complaints about pricing, which I believe at first seemed like a lot, but after seeing the efforts of the staff, the amount of activities, and the in depth hands on the staff has to have in order for these activities to be opened, it’s a great price. Over all, I really enjoyed this place, I believe the staff is very under appreciated and could use more acknowledgement. There really wasn’t much I could genuinely find to complain about that doesn’t come with the territory of a ton of kids running around. I dub this as a must stop shop for sure!!!
