Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
We love the unlimited time you get for the price and the wide open spaces for our 9 year old and friends to explore. Plenty of seating for parents and the food is pretty good for the price. If you want to enjoy an adult beverage or two, they got you covered as well! We celebrated our son’s birthday without setting up anything special and I didn’t think we missed out on anything, they had so much fun!

Oct 14, 2023 · Andrew BrabecTo begin with the end, we have cancelled our membership and will not likely return for any reason. We have had a membership at Urban Air for more than a year. We have had numerous visits where we have always enjoyed a fun time on the different attractions. Although I don’t especially enjoy the pizza, the kids seem to love it. For the most part the facility seemed to be a clean as one could expect an indoor playground to be.More recently in December, 2024, we had a visit that blew me away and left me looking for a new indoor playground. Our visit was on a Sunday afternoon when we took our girls (7 & 5) for an afternoon visit. We arrived a little before 4pm. There were several birthday parties that were occurring at that time. Unfortunately, one of the children present that day vomited while attempting to come out of the tube playground. She got sick in 2 separate locations as she was walking out. Because I was standing by the entrance watching my children, I helped this girl to a trash can while another parent went looking for the girl’s mother. There was a staff member present in the playground area and we alerted her to the situation. The staff member seemed to struggle with some sympathetic nausea but did call for assistance on her radio. Additionally, a parent or two looked to engage the 6 staff members standing over by the concessions area. There was no immediate response from staff. The piles of vomit were unfortunately stepped in by several children running past and tracked further into the play area. Once the sick child was taken by her mother, I collected my own children and moved them to the bumper cars. It took a fair amount of time before the staff finally announced the closure of the tube playground. Later during our visit, I walked past the entrance to the playground and observed that no attempt had been made to clean up the vomit and the smell of it pervaded the area. People were eating at tables less than 15 feet away. While it is completely reasonable to expect that children eating pizza and then running around and bouncing will eventually lead to someone getting sick, I was blown away by the lack of action on the part of the staff. The reaction to the situation was handled without any care, and 30 minutes later when we left, the vomit was still on the floor. I have no idea how much was tracked through the playground and around the facility, but all of this could have been avoided had the staff acted in a timely and appropriate manner. When I contacted Urban Air about the incident, I received no response. After this experience, we decided to cancel our monthly membership and find another indoor playground to visit.
