Sky Zone Trampoline Park Reviews
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is dirty, machines don’t work, they lost the key to the wipeout machine, nobody was running the trapeze, they pulled the pizza out the oven and dropped it on the floor, the staff is too busy playing on the equipment to pay attention to the kids, the served us warm pop, the nacho cheese wasn’t available, the icee machine didn’t work, I could go on for days!! We booked a party here and I can’t believe we had to pay for this. I am very disappointed in the service!! I will never return to this place. I love Sky Zone but not this location!!
Mar 22, 2025 · Leatrice ColemanLet me get started by saying that this Laveen sky zone is disgusting. They shouldn’t be allowed to serve food. They don’t clean up from the night before apparently. Their restrooms are disgusting, they always burn the food. The customer service is horrendous all they do is flirt with each other while working. At night time they allow teenagers that are left unsupervised to run around in the dark humping around with each other where small children play. There is never anyone there that is upper management to talk about this to, so I’m just going to leave this here and pray they get their act together because my family will not be visiting this place. Someone needs to report these people to the food industry there is no way they are meeting code and they even have roaches it’s nasty there. Most of the pictures I was able to get were in plane site, but you can’t see unless you step back there it’s hidden from the customers It is disgusting.
Dec 11, 2024 · Justin ArellanesIf I could give this place no stars I would.I usually go to different locations which is sad because this is right down the street from us. Yet for almost 2 months there's no working bathrooms. Each visit we have been here it is disgusting.Currently their is fecal matter all over the bathroom. They don't even have them off access.None are working. No refreshments other than warm water. This is not okay. Let's not mention how dirty the plan equipment is
May 12, 2025 · Corie CombsI was very disappointed. Is it very dirty? There were only 3 people working. One of the kids was not only eating at the concession stand counter, but when he went on the floor, he was constantly on his phone. THERE WAS NO SUPERVISION WHAT SO EVER. I know that it is jump at your own risk, but there still needs to be personnel present to watch for the kids that don't have that parental supervision. At 1 point, I waited at the counter for about 10 minutes before anybody came out of the back and addressed me. I don't know when the last time that they were inspected, but they definitely need to happen. I found some of their nets were overstretched, not latched, and very scary. I would never recommend this place. I have been to another one, and by far, is it better than this one!!!!
Feb 17, 2025 · Mandie ArmstrongIdk seems like this place is for kids/teenagers RUN by kids / teenagers. It is absolutely disgusting. The food area, the tables, the bathrooms.I'm ready to call corporate because these employees are just kids and are not being held accountable for not doing their job.The fridge is barely stocked, there's no ice cream, the hot food?- there is none. The menu screens were all blacked out. The tables were dirty. The floors! Eww ! Sticky everywhere behind the counter. There was no ice, nonstraws, no lids. And it's the weekEnd!I can't even imagine how often the equipment is being cleaned- if at all.For sure. Last time I come to this location.Which sucks because this location has the floor layout all spaced out and I can see my kids playing from anywhere. I go out of my way to come to this location. This sucks cuz when it first opened, everything was so nice and clean but yet there were adults working at that time.I know teenagers can be some of the best people to run places, but at this location, it seems they do anything but work.
