For families across Pennsylvania, particularly those in the Canonsburg and surrounding areas, Sky Zone Trampoline Park offers a compelling option for active indoor fun. Its appeal for locals is rooted in its extensive range of attractions that cater to children of all ages, as well as adults who want to join in the fun. As one happy customer noted, "Our family absolutely loves this SkyZone location! ... The employees are engaged enough that my children know their names and even have fun playing with them at the center." This highlights the positive, interactive environment that many local families cherish. The availability of cost-effective memberships for frequent visitors is also a significant draw, making it an accessible and enjoyable regular outing.
However, it is crucial for locals to be aware of recent changes and concerns regarding management. One detailed review explicitly stated, "Our family has been regular visitors to Sky Zone for a while now, but after our most recent experience, we will not be returning. The environment has drastically changed under the new ownership, and not for the better." This review cited distressing incidents involving aggressive behavior towards special needs children and an unyielding, illogical enforcement of rules regarding adult supervision on trampolines ("I was yelled at for sitting in a trampoline square with my two children—both under the age of 3. I was told repeatedly by staff that the combined weight of a 160-pound adult and two toddlers under 30 pounds would somehow rip the trampoline and cause serious damage."). These serious allegations suggest a potential decline in customer care and a more hostile environment under new leadership, contrasting sharply with previous positive experiences.
While Sky Zone historically provided a "fun, safe place for kids of all ages and abilities," the recent feedback indicates that prospective visitors should "Proceed with Caution" and possibly consider visiting during less busy times or directly inquiring about current policies and management. If these issues are addressed, the park's diverse attractions—including trampolines, dodgeball, foam zones, and birthday party services—still offer immense potential for active family entertainment in Canonsburg. Locals who prioritize customer service and a welcoming environment may wish to monitor recent changes or experience the park firsthand before committing to memberships or large events.

If you plan to return more than once in a month, I highly recommend just getting a membership. It is highly cost effective for frequent use.
Apr 17, 2025 · Tiffany MarieA Sad Decline Under New Ownership — We Won’t Be BackOur family has been regular visitors to Sky Zone for a while now, but after our most recent experience, we will not be returning. The environment has drastically changed under the new ownership, and not for the better. In just an hour and a half, I witnessed multiple disturbing interactions, all centered around the manager’s behavior. She aggressively chased down and intimidated two special needs children, and at one point became aggressive with a woman who clearly didn’t speak English well. It was not only unprofessional—it was downright embarrassing to witness. What shocked me most was watching her pursue and try to corner an autistic child who had picked up a Reese’s cup. Rather than treating the situation with understanding or care, she acted like someone on a power trip, taking visible satisfaction in asserting authority over a vulnerable kid. It was heartbreaking and completely inappropriate. To make things worse, I was yelled at for sitting in a trampoline square with my two children—both under the age of 3. I was told repeatedly by staff that the combined weight of a 160-pound adult and two toddlers under 30 pounds would somehow rip the trampoline and cause serious damage. This makes absolutely no sense, especially considering full-grown teens and adults regularly bounce with far more force. There was no common sense or flexibility—just rigid, unfriendly enforcement.I didn’t even jump that day. I came to supervise and enjoy watching my kids. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and upset by the way children and families were being treated.Sky Zone used to be a fun, safe place for kids of all ages and abilities. Now it feels more like a hostile environment ruled by poor leadership. Unless there are major changes in management and customer care, we won’t be coming back—and I can’t recommend it to anyone else, either.
Jun 27, 2025 · Mark PowellAn incredible place. I had doubts about the fact that adults over 18 will not be allowed to use the trampolines. However, it is accessible to all ages. You just have to be careful if you have children around, out of empathy. It is recommended to go during times when there are few people to enjoy it more. They have very friendly staff
May 05, 2025 · Marce BastidasUsually this place is pretty good. We had an event and called ahead to make sure they could accommodate everyone. They said they could but then had to turn a lot of people away because they were at capacity. We could have planned it somewhere else had we known. The staff working was fine. The two stars is really just because whoever said that could support everyone was wrong.
May 16, 2025 · Mark LuttringerI've been going here for 6 years, after all my experiences throughout the years I can very easily say that this place is GREAT! Yes, there is some garbage and stuff in the eating areas, but eating is not the aspect of a trampoline park, I recommend getting a drink or something and then just spend most of your time jumping. BUT, I've looked at other Sky Zones, and this one has to have the LEAST amount of attractions. This park has an area covered in trampolines (with, for some reason, an unused toddler section. I haven't seen it being used since 2020.) Also, there's 2 dogeball sections, a snack bar, foam pit with extra bouncy trampolines for gymnastics, and there's a rock wall (no one uses it) and a ninja warrior course. 《Tips》: 1. If you aren't looking to spend money on water, go towards the bathroom area, and there will be two water fountains, perfect for thirsty people. 2. Do NOT order chicken strips! They will most likely come out over cooked or undercooked.- Thanks for your time! @4.0esports on YT!
