For residents across Pennsylvania, Sky Zone Lancaster offers a compelling and easily accessible destination for active family fun. Its core appeal lies in its ability to provide a dynamic environment where children and adults alike can engage in high-energy activities, making it an excellent choice for burning off energy and fostering active play. As one parent enthusiastically stated, their "kids cannot get enough of this place, they are in love, this is a great place to come if you really need your kiddos to get their energy out," underscoring its effectiveness as an outlet for boundless youthful energy.
The park's diverse range of trampoline courts and adventure attractions ensures that visitors of various ages and interests will find something to enjoy. The ability for "even the adults" to "have a blast getting to jump around with our kids" makes Sky Zone Lancaster a true family destination, promoting shared experiences and creating lasting memories. This inclusivity is a significant draw for local Pennsylvania families seeking activities where everyone can participate.
However, prospective visitors, especially those considering special events like "glow parties" or those with children who have sensory sensitivities, should be aware of certain aspects. Customer feedback suggests that glow sessions can be "completely unmonitored," leading to "reckless" behavior from some patrons and potentially "not 'kid friendly'" language. Additionally, the noise level can be excessive, with "speakers all around sound blown out and it’s just way too loud in general," which could be challenging for individuals with sensory issues. It is highly recommended to visit a glow session beforehand or opt for regular daytime sessions if these concerns are relevant to your family.
Regarding birthday parties, while the kids generally "enjoyed it," there were reported issues with food and drink service, including items not being brought up, lack of utensils, and limited napkins. This indicates that while the jumping experience itself is great for parties, the "behind the scenes could use improvement" in terms of logistical support for food and beverages. Families planning a party may want to manage their expectations regarding these aspects or consider bringing their own supplies where permitted.
Despite these points, for regular daytime visits focused on active fun, Sky Zone Lancaster remains a suitable and popular choice for locals. Its convenient location in Lancaster, coupled with its primary offering of engaging trampoline and adventure activities, provides a valuable recreational outlet for the community. For families prioritizing a safe space for active play and an opportunity to jump, bounce, and interact in a dynamic environment, Sky Zone Lancaster is a worthwhile local amusement park to consider.

Sky Zone Lancaster Reviews
I have three children ages 9, 6 and 3 ( boy girl boy)And my kids cannot get enough of this place, they are in love, this is a great place to come if you really need your kiddos to get their energy out there's something for everybody even the adults we have a blast getting to jump around with our kids 100%
Mar 19, 2025 · Rachael RiderWe had a birthday party here and I forget the girls name who helped us but she was great and had a good personality. There were a handful of reasons I wouldn’t recommend a glow party- or a glow session at all especially for kids. There are handfuls of teenagers and young adults (which isn’t the problem) but it IS completely unmonitored. Staff throwing F bombs and teenagers saying all sorts of things not “kid friendly”. There are kids being entirely reckless and not paying attention to anything but themselves. Hands on contact and running into and knocking down kids. Hindsight I definitely should’ve checked out a glow session before booking it as a party. If your child has sensory issues this is not the place to be. It starts off being loud, but gets even louder as there is a DJ who plays music towards the back as well. (Entirely different music than on the main speakers and you can hear both at once) The speakers all around sound blown out and it’s just way too loud in general. The adults had a good laugh at how horrible that was but when it ended we were ready to go.Now back to the party itself. There were a few times we ran out of drink and food we brought wasn’t brought up including a fruit tray that wasn’t brought up at all until it was over (even though we asked for refills/the fruit tray). I had no access to the food we put away so I couldn’t grab it myself. They provided zero forks. They did give small plates. A handful of napkins. Overall the kids enjoyed it so no worries but the behind the scenes could use improvement.I would never book a sky zone party again.
Apr 15, 2025 · Emily WilliamsWe had a birthday party here for my 7-year-old. The staff were very friendly and courteous and made check-in easy and the party room clean. Food was delivered on time. And the kids had fun with the bouncing; it's a neat place for the kids. But...The price for a 2-hour party was already fairly outrageous; when we asked to extend the bounce time 1 hour, we were told we'd have to pay the regular rate as though there was no party ($300 for 11 kids, totaling $750 for 3 hours). This is apparently a recent policy change; an extra hour a few months ago was a more reasonable flat rate. The primary reason for dissatisfaction was that there was active construction inside the facility the entire time. Sparks from metal work were literally splashing down on the sock rack at check-in, the noise was ridiculous (could not even hear the kids singing happy birthday), and the whole place smelled like smelting metal. We were wondering if that level of fumes around children was even legal. Why not do the construction during off hours? It was both offensive and dangerous.Pay $450 to breathe in metal fumes for two hours? We will not be back.
May 19, 2025 · Ryan DohertyCool little spot for the kids! It’s really big on the inside and have things for all ages to play. Arcade games are here. A basketball court. Basket ball nets to bounce and score. The cleanliness wasn’t as nice as I would like it to be. Also, the concession stand didn’t have any cooked food at all. Just some drinks.
Feb 01, 2024 · aaron charnickThey were great when they opened but it has become very run down. Some of the inflatables were flat making them useless. The Climbing attractions are closed, i was told by a staff member it is permanent. Very little supervision due to low staff.Do NOT get the membership! They make it very difficult to cancel. You literally need to go in to cancel, seems they expect a lot of people to cancel so they make it difficult on purpose.
