Chuck E. Cheese Reviews
We met friends there for the hour long all you can play time. There was one person who handled everything, but cooking. So while yours and your child’s hands will be stamped with matching numbers upon entry, no one will be checking them when you leave. (This is supposed to be for safety so that your child can only leave with the person that brought them). The kids liked the games, but were okay to be done after the time was up. You get “tickets” added to your card from certain games and can get small prizes when you’re done. Trampoline was closed. Chuck E. Was not there. Tables were dirty. Okay place for an hour, but not in a hurry to go back soon.
Mar 26, 2025 · Shannon BuhaHad my 4yr olds birthday party here, everyone had a great time! It was so nice to not have to worry about anything other than the cupcakes! It was a great price too. Staff was great as well.
May 10, 2025 · Erin Green-WolffI recently organized a preschool classroom families meet-and-greet at Chuck E. Cheese North Hills, and it was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, Manager James and his team went above and beyond to accommodate our group. James was incredibly kind, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The team generously reserved a table for us and even offered a discounted rate so each child could enjoy pizza, a drink, and plenty of playtime. They also surprised the kids with adorable grab bags filled with small toys—such a thoughtful touch, especially since the little ones were more focused on the rides than earning tickets! The highlight of the day was the moving dance floor and a special visit from Chuck E. Cheese himself—the kids were thrilled! It was such a fun and stress-free way for parents to connect, meet their children's friends, and build a community.I highly recommend this location for parent groups, preschool classes, and family-friendly gatherings. Thank you, James and the amazing Chuck E. Cheese team, for making our event so special! We’ll definitely be back! 🎉🎈🍕
Feb 06, 2025 · Alina BengertWay over prices. Fun for all is cheaper. Same old games. Fun for all has more options. Chuck e cheese should always make an apperance for the price you charge. I pay an hour and eatting time uses up the hr play time. For that price. U give nothing. I get my own food, i clean my own table. No employees ever walk the floor. Cheap china stuff given. I spent 150.00 for terrible gifts. Just look at that little sucker you pass out! Old games and no service. No hello, welcome. No good bye . Thank you. Might as well been a drive thru service. Because it rained so bad we were there for hours. Truly poor service.
