Altitude Trampoline Park - Omaha Reviews
I’m not one to do this but feel I needed to share. On a snow day two weeks ago Altitude trampoline park had a sign on their door saying open at 4. At 5:30 we attempted to go in to jump as the doors were unlocked. We walked in, it was pitch dark we yelled for someone with no response so we left. A couple days later we returned to the park to jump and the owner “Ron” informed us we were having charges pressed due to breaking in the building. We never broke into the building as the door was unlocked when we noticed no one was there we left. We blew it off. We weren’t too concerned about it. While my kids were jumping today, we were informed that due to us breaking into the building. It was a breach of contract and we were no longer welcome to come back to the building, and that charges were being filed. This company is so poorly ran and the reviews on their website speak for themselves. I hope my story can save just one person from having to deal with such a psychopath manager Ron at Altitude Park

May 29, 2025 · SimilarlyThis place is a decent place. Great atmosphere the staff is awesome but the policies and small nitpicky stuff will drive you crazy. Make sure you have "altitude" gear on or they will kick you out or make you buy theirs. If you gear doesn't say altitude they take that very offensively. I have a membership and was forced to pay more because I didn't have gear that says "altitude" on it. My kids love to jump here but it becomes increasingly more frustrating to come back here. On top of this they want a picture of my kid, it's their policy. I do not feel comfortable with that, every time I come in we need a picture for his profile.Absolutely I understand, but then in that case, I would value my membership customer, returning customer, I would allocate some sock for the inconvenience. As then I am happy to buy you easily higher ticket prices items, plushies other food items, I have been of put then there affecting you bottom dollar in the long run.
Mar 23, 2025 · Jordan JenkinsThe staff was very helpful and fast. It was not crowded. The staff did their best to supervise and make sure everyone had the proper socks. The staff also had a pleasant and patient attitude while cashiering the child who were purchasing snacks.
Apr 15, 2025 · Qui GardnerCool place. They make you buy their socks but it was still a good price for 1 hour of playing. Mostly for kids though. Not really adult friendly for jumping around. I was glad that there wasn't loud music playing so I didn't have to leave with a headache.
