- Pizza and Dining: The core of the Chuck E. Cheese experience is its fresh, made-to-order pizza. They offer a variety of pizza options, from classic cheese and pepperoni to specialty pizzas, with choices for different crusts, including traditional, thin & crispy, and even gluten-free personal pizzas. Beyond pizza, the menu includes items like wings (traditional bone-in and boneless with various sauces), cheesy bread, French fries, salads, and desserts such as cakes, giant warm cookies, and churros. They also offer "Grown-Up Menu" items like saucy meatballs and new wing flavors.
- Arcade Games with All-You-Can-Play: Chuck E. This eliminates the worry of running out of tokens and allows kids to maximize their play experience.
- Birthday Party Packages: A major draw, Chuck E. Cheese specializes in hosting birthday parties with various packages (e.g., Super, Mega, Ultimate Fun). These packages typically include dedicated party time, unlimited gameplay for the duration of the party, a party host, a visit from Chuck E., the "Ticket Blaster" experience for the birthday star, and often include food and drinks. While one customer review noted issues with pricing and items included in their mega birthday package, another praised their walk-in party experience: "Carlos I believe was the gentleman that helped set up our party was quick to get started. I believe he was the only host. He did a great job getting us everything we needed with a positive attitude even though he was extremely busy." This highlights the value of their party services when executed smoothly.
- Live Shows and Entertainment: Chuck E. Cheese features live performances by Chuck E. and his friends, often incorporating interactive dance floors and large screens to create a concert-like atmosphere.
- Prize Counter: Children earn E-Tickets from playing games, which can be redeemed at a prize counter for a wide array of toys, trinkets, and bigger prizes.
- Sensory Sensitive Sundays: The Omaha location often hosts special hours with reduced lighting, no music, and limited show programming to provide a calmer environment for children with sensory sensitivities.
The Chuck E. Cheese in Omaha stands out due to several key features and highlights that contribute to its enduring popularity among Nebraska families:

Chuck E. Cheese Reviews
I would love to be able to give a 5 star review but unfortunately I can't. I did the mega birthday party package for my son. When we got there none of the party hosts knew about my son's birthday party so nothing was ready for it. The hosts did set up for my son's birthday quickly after they found the reservation. However we didn't get the 2 slices of pizza per each kid listed in the package details, fortunately I had ordered pizzas that were supposed to be for the adults so we did have food. We were also charged extra for everything listed in the package as well as charged for the birthday package itself so my party total was almost double what I was quoted when I set up for the birthday. The total I was quoted was $336, the total i was charged was $596. The manager on duty did offer a 25% off discount but my party total was still $100 more than I had budgeted for. Overall the hosts were great but I DO NOT recommend having parties there unless you are prepared for a ton of extra charges that were not in your original party quote.
May 14, 2025 · Laura StrongWe had a walk in birthday party this past Saturday for two little ladies. The gentleman with the red polo shirt that helped us get started at the desk was very friendly & quick to get us in. We chose the ultimate mega package I believe. It was well worth it as we had about 24 people in our party. Carlos I believe was the gentleman that helped set up our party was quick to get started. I believe he was the only host. He did a great job getting us everything we needed with a positive attitude even though he was extremely busy. Thank you all!
Mar 19, 2025 · Irish RodriguezExperience is not going well. I ordered cheese bread 2 - 12 piece orders for my niece's birthday party. That was at 1:34 p.m. 214 p.m. can my order has not even been started yet. There aren't even orders backed up in the kitchen either which is really sad.Just save yourself the trouble and go to The amazing Pizza machine.
May 18, 2025 · DavidisGoliathWe just had my daughter's 6th birthday party there with 25 kids. Dale went above and beyond with helping plan, as well as hosting it! The pizzas were out early. They gave extra cards for kids who showed up unexpectedly. Plus, they allowed us to stay after to open gifts. It was everything I dreamed about and more! Thanks so much, Chuck E. Cheese and Dale!
Jun 21, 2025 · Crystal CooleyThis is by far the worst Chuck-E-Cheese I have ever been in! First thing was that there was no workers at the front they walked in. After waiting we decided just to walk through and then somebody caught us halfway to get stamps which is kind of pointless. I've never been checked on the way out at this location.. as soon as we got our stamps we went to use the restroom and every single toilet was disgusting. Full of human waste along with the floors were soaked. The water pressure was barely a trickle and the smell of a marijuana filled the whole entire bathroom. It was disgusting. I chose not to use the restroom, just washed my hands and left. Over half the games do not work. They're unmaintained and unsanitized. We were there for a children's birthday party towards The evening and they had a very poor choice in music. I would not let my kid listen to it on their radio, let alone at a family-friendly facility. The parents of the birthday guest ordered pizzas and half of them did not even come out before they shut down the kitchen. It was very inconvenient as they were trying to feed the families that came with their children for the party. And the carpet in the game area was definitely disgusting. Cash everywhere. Tables were still full of trash even though there was barely anyone there except for our guests. I would not recommend this for any child's birthday. If they're that set on. Chuck e. Cheese make the trip to Des Moines.
