However, as with any busy public establishment, there can be isolated instances of less positive interactions. One reviewer expressed significant dissatisfaction over a refund request for a flat soda and a subsequent interaction with a manager. While this specific incident highlights a customer service challenge, it is important to contextualize it within the broader positive experiences reported by many others. The variety of feedback underscores the dynamic nature of managing a high-traffic entertainment venue and the importance of consistent service delivery across all aspects of the business. Despite isolated issues, the park continues to be a popular choice for active fun in the Richardson area.

Altitude Trampoline Park in Richardson Reviews
When I say I'll never come to this location again I mean exactly that. The fact that the manager saw for to laugh in my face about be requesting a refund for the flat soda that I purchased from them. He advised that it was drunk out of so no refund although you can see it was only a sip. I advised obviously tif have to take a sip to know it was bad. There was no resolution provided and he decided to tell me he refused service and walked away. I also asked for the owner and why there was no sign up that says no refunds even if item is bad. He had every excuse in the world and then stated that it's just $3. If you feel this way, please tell me why you didn't take care of your customer that came in with a great attitude to begin with. This is not the way to handle anything saying you don't make the product but you sell it and should stand behind what you sell knowing you can get your refund for something bad with no problem. That's the first and last time I'll ever go to that location. Then the fact that everyone thought that was cool and disregards my money period and it's definitely the principle. Learned a lesson today.
Apr 20, 2025 · Teresa DavisMy experience with the staff here was incredible today. I’ve been to this location so many times in the past few years but they went above and beyond today and I just had to write a review. It was daughter’s birthday and they were so accommodating, helping us with the party last minute. Maria was wonderful! She really hooked us up and got our big group checked in quickly. Every time I interact with her, it’s always positive. I also want to shout out Bria who kept checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. My daughter and her friends had such a great time. Thank you!
Jun 10, 2025 · Opraha AkoiWe had my daughter’s 6th birthday party there. Muhammad was SO HELPFUL 5⭐️! He was by far the best part. He was very friendly, helpful, fast with requests and accommodating. I wish it wasn’t so crowded but we had a birthday party on a Saturday middle of the day. So we get it. There also was a limited amount of space and variety of activities for the age they are geared towards. Also, waiver should be a bit more clear for patrons there for a birthday party, but still easy once it was taken care of.
May 06, 2025 · Jacquelyn AngermillerI like this trampoline park even more than urban air. Even though it’s smaller, it feels cleaner somehow, and it has a very unique trapeze feature that is sort of like a zip line but more convenient because kids don’t need an employee to help them do the zip line so they can do it any time. All the parts of the park were open when I went. And I actually felt like I could supervise 3 kids better at this park than others, while just sitting to grade papers, and not needing to follow them around. There is good visibility for supervisors.Yes you have to buy their specific socks. However, there was free WiFi and we arrived a few minutes before the 3:30 “time slot” and they gave us the extra minutes for free. You can also bring in your own water bottles. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The waiver wasn’t too incredibly long. All in all, I think it was a great experience and I would definitely come back again.
Mar 25, 2025 · Mary BuriWent for a child's birthday party. The waiver instructions should be a little more clear for anyone who's never been as the patrons who know the drill will just mow you over. Don't expect any assistance from the teenagers behind the counter. They appear to agree that it's your fault for not knowing. Bottom line is, the kids had fun.
