Safari Run, Plano Reviews
Awesome place we came across. It is really cool. The kids loved it. The prices are reasonable. They have snacks, drinks and coffee for purchase. They have a small kids area and a bigger kids area with couches and tvs in both area. Kids can play and adults can relax or work.
Mar 20, 2025 · Courtney MarieFun place for my 2 and 4 year old grandsons. The little one went back and forth between the toddler area and the regular one and had no issues on the bigger playset. It wasn't crowded at all. The only downside is the price is a bit steep, but the Groupon was a great deal.
Feb 15, 2025 · Amanda CannonSafari Run is a fun indoor play place for all kids! Clean, safe, and a great spot for playdates with other moms. The ask all the kids to wash their hands at the little sinks which is great! My daughter loves the jungle gym and toddler area. They have lots of soft spongy toys too. Can get crowded, especially weekends. It’s a bit pricey, particularly the snacks and socks, so pack your own if you can! Overall, a great place for kids to burn energy and make sure to bring your kids own socks or you will have to buy some form them.
Feb 15, 2025 · Sara BannatWent here for a birthday party and was very impressed with the cleanliness of the location. They had all the kids wash hands before entering the play structure and before going to eat food. I watched an employee enter the play structure to sanitize surfaces between parties. There is a wide open space for parents and kids to move around and couches available for parents to sit. I loved that parents were allowed to bring in coffee while their children played because some places are so finicky about this. The employees were polite, kind, respectful, and efficient. The movement of the kids between the different areas was well organized. The serving of food was seamless. The arcade was a bit crammed with all the children and parents, but it wasn't horrible. They had changing stations in both the men's and women's restrooms - we love to see it. I would definitely consider coming back here.
May 26, 2025 · Hannah BrewerThis place is clean and looks great and the staff is nice. However their policies, strictness and time limits create unnecessary stress. I was here for a private birthday party and this is the most strict and least compassionate kids indoor playground I’ve been to. May god forbid you are running a little late because this venues policies do not care a single bit. It felt like they do not care about their clients and just want to get the party done. I understand a place has rules and policies to keep their business running and to stay on schedule, but the world is not a perfect place. Like another reviewer said, they operate like robots. I feel like for what they offer, there are so many other indoor playgrounds that would be able to offer the same experience with a lot less stress.
