Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Introduce
For families and thrill-seekers across the Texas region, particularly those in the bustling Dallas area, Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park on Preston Road stands out as a vibrant hub for active entertainment. This isn't just a place with trampolines; it's a dynamic indoor park designed to provide hours of exhilarating fun, challenging activities, and memorable experiences for visitors of all ages. From high-flying jumps to adventurous obstacles, Urban Air offers a unique blend of fitness and excitement, making it a go-to destination for birthday parties, family outings, or simply a day of energetic play.
Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park represents a modern approach to indoor recreation. Unlike traditional amusement parks that are often seasonal or weather-dependent, Urban Air provides a climate-controlled environment where the fun never stops, regardless of the Texas heat or a sudden shower. This makes it an ideal year-round option for individuals and groups looking to stay active and entertained. The concept is built around variety, offering a multitude of attractions beyond just trampolines, ensuring there’s something to capture everyone’s interest.
One of the most celebrated aspects of Urban Air, as highlighted by numerous local visitors, is its exceptional suitability for hosting events, particularly birthday parties. The dedicated staff, like the highly praised host Gerald, go above and beyond to ensure parties run smoothly, providing attentive service and regular updates to make the experience seamless for parents. The readiness of party spaces, cleanliness of the facility, and the overall helpfulness of the staff are frequently lauded, painting a picture of a well-managed and customer-focused establishment. For families in Dallas planning special occasions, this level of service makes Urban Air a highly attractive choice.
However, like any popular public venue, Urban Air also faces the challenge of managing a lively environment with many eager participants. While the attractions themselves are consistently described as "great," some patrons have noted concerns regarding rule enforcement. Observations about younger children in areas designated for older kids, or vice versa, and instances of rules like "no flips/tucks" or "no running" not being consistently upheld, point to areas where managing guest behavior amidst high energy levels can be complex. It's a common challenge in large, active environments, and while it doesn't detract from the fun of the attractions, it's a point of feedback that indicates the dynamic nature of such a park.
Despite these operational challenges inherent in a busy indoor adventure park, the overall sentiment remains overwhelmingly positive, particularly regarding the value and enjoyment derived from visits. Urban Air continues to be a top choice for Dallas locals seeking an active, engaging, and memorable entertainment experience. Its commitment to providing a fun and energetic atmosphere, combined with dedicated service for special events, solidifies its position as a premier indoor adventure destination in the heart of Texas.
Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park is strategically located at 14902 Preston Rd, Dallas, TX 75254, USA. This address places it in a prime commercial area within North Dallas, making it highly accessible for a vast population across the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex. Preston Road itself is a major north-south arterial road, known for its extensive retail and commercial developments, ensuring excellent visibility and straightforward navigation for visitors.
For those traveling by car, the park’s location offers convenient access from various parts of Dallas and surrounding suburbs. It's situated near major thoroughfares such as the Dallas North Tollway and President George Bush Turnpike (PGBT). The Dallas North Tollway provides a direct route for residents coming from downtown Dallas, Uptown, or northern communities like Addison, Plano, and Frisco. The PGBT, a major east-west toll road, connects the eastern and western suburbs, making Urban Air easily reachable from areas like Garland, Richardson, Carrollton, and Irving.
Public transportation options, while perhaps not as direct as personal vehicles for all, are also available in the general vicinity through Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) bus routes. However, for most families in Texas, driving remains the primary mode of transport, and the ample parking typically available at such large commercial centers further enhances accessibility. The location within a bustling retail corridor also means that visitors can combine their trip to Urban Air with other errands or dining experiences in the area, adding to its convenience and appeal as a destination for active fun and more.
Trampoline Attractions: Urban Air is renowned for its vast array of trampolines. This includes open jump areas, allowing for free-form bouncing, as well as specialized zones like dodgeball courts, where players can engage in high-energy games on trampolines, and slam dunk zones, featuring trampolines that allow jumpers to soar and dunk a basketball like a pro.
Adventure Attractions: Beyond trampolines, the park offers a diverse range of adventure activities. These often include Warrior Courses (ninja warrior-style obstacle courses), climbing walls, Ropes Courses suspended high above the ground, and Battle Beams where participants try to knock opponents off a narrow beam. The Sky Rider, an indoor zip-line experience, may also be available, providing a unique aerial adventure.
Birthday Parties and Group Events: A significant service offered is the hosting of birthday parties and various group events (e.g., corporate team building, youth group outings). Urban Air provides dedicated party areas, party hosts, and packages that often include jump time, food, drinks, and setup/cleanup. The highly praised attentive and helpful party hosts are a key feature of this service.
Arcade Games: Many Urban Air locations, including likely the Dallas branch, feature an arcade area with a variety of classic and modern video games and redemption games, offering an additional entertainment option for visitors.
Cafe/Snack Bar: To refuel after active play, the park typically has an in-house cafe or snack bar offering a selection of beverages, pizzas, snacks, and other quick bites. This allows guests to stay hydrated and energized without leaving the facility.
Toddler Areas: Urban Air often includes dedicated play areas for younger children, specifically designed for toddlers and preschoolers. These areas are typically safer and less crowded, allowing the youngest visitors to enjoy age-appropriate activities.
Membership Options: For frequent visitors, Urban Air usually offers various membership tiers. These memberships provide unlimited or discounted access to attractions, special perks, and savings, making it a cost-effective option for regular active fun.
Exceptional Party Hosting: A standout highlight, consistently praised by customers, is the quality of the birthday party hosting. Dedicated staff, like the "fantastic and attentive" Gerald mentioned in a review, go above and beyond to ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free experience for party organizers and guests. The readiness of party tables and thorough communication contribute significantly to this positive experience.
Diverse Range of Attractions: Urban Air offers much more than just trampolines. The variety of activities, including Warrior Courses, climbing walls, Ropes Courses, and potentially Sky Rider, ensures there's an attraction for every energy level and interest, catering to both younger children and older teens/adults. This diversity prevents boredom and encourages repeat visits.
All-Weather Indoor Entertainment: Being an indoor facility, Urban Air provides a reliable entertainment option regardless of external weather conditions. This is particularly advantageous in Texas, where extreme heat, cold, or storms can limit outdoor activities. It guarantees year-round active fun.
Clean and Well-Maintained Facility: Customer reviews often highlight the cleanliness of the park. A clean environment is crucial for public venues, especially those involving physical activity, and contributes significantly to a positive and comfortable experience for all visitors.
Engaging for All Ages: While popular for kids' parties, Urban Air's attractions are designed to appeal to a wide age range. From dedicated toddler areas to more challenging adventure attractions for teens and adults, it truly is a place where families can play and be active together.
Safety-Oriented Design (with operational challenges): The park is designed with safety in mind, featuring padded surfaces and clear attraction boundaries. While some customer feedback points to occasional challenges with rule enforcement in a high-energy environment, the underlying design and stated rules aim to provide a secure play space.
Convenient Dallas Location: Its presence on Preston Road in North Dallas ensures easy access for a large portion of the DFW Metroplex, making it a highly convenient option for spontaneous visits or planned outings for locals.

Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
I had an amazing time with my son for his 11th birthday party and our host Gerald was fantastic and attentive to our needs. He made sure to keep checking on our party and keeping us updated with whatever he was doing to assist us. We had an amazing time and the staff was all around great. It was clean, our table was set and ready to go. I got everything I paid for and was informed on anything else. Over all a great experience for a birthday party and one again thank you GERALD for helping me make this experience possible for my child!
Dec 08, 2024 · Brittany SpinhirneThe attractions themselves are great. But there is literally no one enforcing rules. There are toddlers in the "big kid/adult" side. There are teenagers in the under 7. There are signs that say no Flips/tucks but there are kids doing flips and tucks everywhere. "No running" listed on rule list, but kids running across trampolines where other kids are jumping....Why even HAVE rules if you don't enforce them?
Jun 24, 2025 · Aliana NovaraThis place was terrible less than a one star. We traveled all the way from california to visit family. This was a planned day event, and it turned out to be a nightmare. Having a family of four aging from the ages of fourteen to seven i figured this was going to be a great place for all of them to enjoy and have fun. Boy was I wrong. The fourteen year old had restricted rules of where he can't go. But yet all of the seven year olds were free to rome everywhere. The fourteen year old wanted to play and was concerned about hurting little ones on the trampoline. For they were not capable of having concern and continuously jumping on his trampoline. There was a section dedicated for only seven and under, and it was vacant, and every time my son decided to play on those trampolines, he told to move. And I don't understand how you can have a facility that does not provide free water, especially one that exerts this amount of energy. Seems like just a money scheme to purchase water. So on the bottom line, this was nothing what I was advertised on the web. No flipping aloud, even in the flipping section. And also there is a pro section that's designated for only the elders and pros, but yet has severe restricted rules on what the pros are Allowed to do. We signed waivers in the beginning, understanding the possibility injury can occur. But from all the legalities that need to be played, it hinders the kids from really having the fun and pay for. I do not plan on returning. Or will I recommend it.
Feb 18, 2025 · David CollinsLots of activities for school aged kids and older. Held a birthday party recently and the party/seating area was quite small compared to other similar venues. Staff was young but friendly. Party hostess was assigned two groups, which made it hard to anticipate needs. Kids had a blast though, and the reservations process was smooth.
May 24, 2025 · Christine MurphyNOT ADA COMPLIANT!!! I was at UA for a BDay party and there was a nice family who had a party space upstairs for their celebration. One of their members was severely disabled and required a motorized wheelchair and did not have a way to get to the room. They had to be carried up the stairs with the help of other visitors since there wasn't an elevator available ANYWHERE. It appears it was filled in and no longer available (also confirmed by workers). This is absolutely unacceptable and the business should not have been awarded a CO by the city. This isn't UA's issue unless they own the building, but as the business, they should absolutely be aware of these things and push to correct it.
