Its substantial size and diverse range of attractions make it a highly suitable destination for kids and families looking to burn energy, celebrate special occasions, or simply enjoy a fun outing, particularly during hot summers or rainy days that are common in our state.
The sheer variety of activities is a major draw for locals. Beyond just trampolines, the inclusion of multiple basketball courts, a thrilling zip line, engaging slides, and challenging warrior courses ensures that there's always something new to try, catering to different interests and skill levels within the family. This breadth of options makes it a place where multiple visits can still feel fresh and exciting. The generously sized party rooms, complete with ample seating for observers, are also a significant highlight for South Carolina parents planning birthday parties or team events, simplifying the logistics of hosting a group celebration.
However, it is crucial for local families to be fully aware of a significant safety concern brought to light by a customer review. The reported incident of a child falling into a gap near the zip line platform, and the subsequent alleged negligence in addressing it, is a serious matter. While amusement centers inherently carry some risk, the expectation of South Carolina parents is that venues prioritize safety and immediately address reported hazards. Sky Zone Trampoline Park Reviews
This is a really large sky zone. Lots to do for kids. I think the sweet spot is probably 6-12. Multiple basketball courts, zip line, slide, lots of jumping area. 2 electronic games. Music is older, not many stalls considering size. Party rooms are a great size, lots of benches for observers to sit at. They have a snack shack but the only hot food is nachos. Plenty of staff. It would be nice to have an area for smaller kids.
Jun 03, 2025 · Nefertiti ToussaintI’m pretty mad. My daughter “2 years old” fell between the platform and the blowup mat for the zip line. She just disappeared into the ground right there. Me and my wife nearly had a heart attack. Thankfully we were able to pull her out and she was ok. But I can only imagine what would have happened if someone landed on that drop pad while she was stuck between it and the wall…I told an employee that I understand we signed a waiver. But that that was very dangerous and could have been really bad…she told me she would tell her manager, then went right back to what she was doing and never told anyone. Never taped that area off, put a sign up. NOTHING!! That is pure negligence. If you go here please be aware there is a little area near the stairs at this platform right between the mat and the floor and it is plenty big enough for a child to fall into and be stuck!
Mar 22, 2025 · Michael WarkWe took the kids for a 90 minute visit. They had a lot of fun. There was a good variety of things for all ages available. We had personal pizzas while there, which were made quickly and tasted great. Staff was friendly. Place was clean. One fun mentionable activity was the zipline-type thing they have. Fun fun fun!
Feb 16, 2025 · Tasha ChandlerWell, buckle up, folks, because I’m about to bounce into a review that’s sure to spring you into action! Let’s talk about SkyZone Trampoline Park in Mauldin, SC. If you’re looking for a place where kids can literally jump for joy, and you can relive your glory days of being a human pogo stick, then this is the spot for you.First off, let me just say, SkyZone isn’t just another “run-of-the-mill” trampoline park. Nope, this place takes “jumping to conclusions” to a whole new level—literally. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by a sea of trampolines, stretching from wall to wall. It’s like they asked, “How much bounce can we pack into one building?” and the answer was, “All of it!”Now, if you’re anything like me, you’ll quickly find out that trampolines are not just for the kids. Oh no, this dad decided to take a leap of faith—and maybe a couple of leaps of fate. Let’s just say I discovered why they call it “SkyZone” because after a few jumps, I was sure I was skydiving without the plane. My kids? They were flipping out—literally! Watching them somersault through the air had me thinking we might have the next Olympic gymnasts in the family. Or at least, they’ll be pros at impressing their future prom dates with some sweet moves. The dodgeball courts? Now there’s where I truly shined—or at least tried to. Nothing says “family bonding” like launching foam balls at each other with the ferocity of a dad protecting his last slice of pizza. Let’s just say, I dodged the draft but not the dodgeballs. Still, nothing quite compares to that moment when your 7-year-old son takes you out with a well-aimed shot to the shins. A proud moment indeed. And don’t even get me started on the Foam Zone! Talk about taking a “dive into fun.” It’s like jumping into a pool, but without the awkward belly flop. I thought I’d never get out, but my kids were kind enough to remind me that “Dad, you’ve gotta bounce back.”SkyZone Mauldin is the place where gravity takes a vacation, and dads like me realize that maybe, just maybe, we’re not as young as we used to be. But hey, as I always say, age is just a number—right up until you’re trying to keep up with a 7-year-old on a trampoline.
Aug 18, 2024 · It's DadI’ve had issues with this place from the beginning of my membership & I think we are finally ready to discontinue going here. First issue was a lady grabbing my son and screaming in his face and mine for him playing tag too roughly with another kid. I just don’t want my kid touched. Nothing was done even after complaining. Now my son who plays with a ball typically alone and has never been told he couldn’t on single trampolines was told yesterday by a kid who worked there he couldn’t. He then bounced a ball infront of my father over and over following them around and almost hit my father who brings my son multiple times. So unfortunate I’ve been a member almost a year and I’m going to have to go else where because reviews show this isn’t the first time employees has executed this behavior.
