Important Note Regarding Customer Feedback: It's important for potential visitors to be aware of mixed customer reviews. Some feedback has indicated concerns about the condition of games, with reports of "most of the games are broken or with tape on them," and issues with equipment like "the credit dispenser doesn't work" requiring frequent trips to the front desk for coin replenishment. Additionally, experiences with staff vary, with some positive mentions of welcoming individuals, while other reviews cite "unprofessional" behavior, including "negative, mean, rude" interactions and staff being preoccupied with personal phones. Visitors are advised to manage expectations regarding game functionality and consider calling ahead for current operational status if specific games are a priority.

Zplanet Reviews
I have come to this location in Clarksburg, at the outlets with my child probably five times. I have encounter one nice staff member and one staff member who is very negative, mean, rude to customers video recording with her phone while one is playing with their child. It is upsetting since I am paying for my child to play. While being looked at since I am the only one at the store purchasing coins to play games. Also most of the games are broken or with tape on them I would not recommend going in there unless he really need too.
Dec 30, 2024 · M MToday we visited Z Planet at the Clarksburg Outlet and had a fantastic experience! We were warmly greeted by Mary, who was working there—such a kind and welcoming soul. My grandsons had an amazing time, and we’ll definitely be coming back again!-
Apr 24, 2025 · Zantina SnowdenIf I could give negative stars, I would. Do not visit unless you have to. It’s around $16 per kid for 30 mins of the inflatable bounce house and the slide only. The woman “working” there wasn’t friendly and stayed on her phone the entire time. At one point she recruited one of my kids and her friend to move items in the play space—legit wasting their playtime because she said she didn’t feel like bending down. My son put two tokens (you have to pay extra for the “rides”) into the flying saucer ride and it didn’t work. It only took 1 token, but he is four and stuck both in before I could tell him not to. When I told the employee that the ride didn’t work and my son accidentally put 2 tokens in it, she made me wait 5 mins (of our $16 half hour) before coming to handle the issue. She opened the token slot, pulled out the box that collects the tokens and then dumped it out and said, “They fell on the ground.” Bizarre, but, ok. I asked if I could just grab 2, and she insisted that I wait for her to sweep them into a dust pan with a broom. She then put one into the ride and it started. She said, “ See, no problem. It works!” Once again, I said it wasn’t working before and we needed an additional token. She said, “No, you wanted to ride the ride and now he is riding the ride.” I let it go—but obvi we will not be returning. Avoid this place!
Mar 30, 2025 · Sarah RobertsThe facility was very clean and my kids had fun for the 30 minutes they wanted to stay. However, the pricing is confusing and much higher than similar but larger children’s activities. I feel like $20 or even less for unlimited activities would be the more appropriate for what they have to offer. As is, I paid $25 per child for an hour of bounce house/ball pit use and 1 ride on the carnival ride. The small games and small rides were an additional fee that I didn’t pay. My children didn’t find enough to keep them occupied for the hour and so we left after about 30 minutes. A suggestion for the business would be to increase the time window so that your kids could play a bit, then you could leave to go shopping, and stop back in later to play a bit more before going home, especially on weekdays when it’s empty. But we will probably never go back again because every other indoor children’s play place I have been to is less than $25 for many more activities.
Jan 03, 2025 · Addi DavisVery pricy and nothing for kids to really be entertained with . The ride can only be used one time for $24.99 . Do not waste your money in this place .
