Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
I decide to come here to kill time as we are not from the area but have been to the Urban Air in Webster TX. I would not recommend this location- I’m not sure how long they’ve been open but the place is in need of up keep. I paid to jump with my son but was so grossed out. We ended up playing at the arcade instead. All in all I paid over $55 for a poor experience and dirty play area. The silver line was how sweet the young girl at the front was.I have attached a few pictures I took but there was much more going on.
Jun 12, 2025 · Jackie CardenasMy kids had a great experience when we last came a couple years back, but today wasn’t everything we’d hoped. It’s the last day of their winter break, so we thought Urban Air might be pretty busy - instead, it’s almost eerily empty. You’d think it would be fun to have all this space to ourselves, but maybe part of the fun/festivities is having a few more people around. We were planning on doing the Ultimate package, but we were disappointed to find that the bumper cars are under repair, and the VR area appears to be down as well. That being said, the place is fairly clean (possibly because it’s basically empty), and the staff has been friendly and responsive.
Jan 08, 2025 · Daisy Winata LeeWe took the kids January 18, 2025 to play absolutely mistake. We will never visit this location again. We usually go to the Katy location but was in the area so we decided to stop at this one. When we entered I went to use the bathroom and it was beyond filthy. No toilet paper in several stalls except for 1 stall. Blood down the front of one toilet. Feces in the trash can of another one. Trash can overflowing. Another stall out of order and the last one had water all on the floor. I reported it to the front desk she said someone would clean it. Hour later my grandkids had to use the restroom and it was the same way. Informed the same staff member again and she said the same thing it would be cleaned. Attached pictures to see. Young kids as the staff was no help at all, they were rude and nonchalant. The entire building was just overall filthy and you can tell it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. In the maze part for kids under 9 yrs old it was entirely too dark in the area. The spin zone was broken and a staff member said it’s been broken for months. Smgdh. The place needs to be shut down and deeply sanitized. Waste of time we left early. The owner of the place really need to read the reviews and improve this place ASAP!!!
Jan 20, 2025 · Toy S.We’ve been regulars at Urban Air Sugar Land since they opened, with a long-standing membership for our son. We’ve hosted numerous birthday parties and play dates here, which is why it’s tough to leave this review. Unfortunately, our recent visits have been very disappointing. The facility hasn’t been cleaned in a long time, and it shows. Even from the beginning, I had concerns about the staff, as it always seemed to be run by teenagers, but lately, it’s become worse. Staff in uniform often stand behind the counter doing nothing, even when there are long lines, especially at the concession stand. I haven’t seen anyone who appears to be a manager in quite a while. If the owners could prioritize cleaning and give the staff some basic customer service training, this place could go back to being the family-friendly destination it once was. Right now, though, it’s just not the same, and unfortunately, there aren’t many other options nearby.
Oct 21, 2024 · Ram KingThis place was good place to take my little ones but not any more, there isn't any sanitation being done im absolutely positive on that. It's the most disgusting place I've been. I had them at 4 stars now they don't even deserve 1 star. The kids working there all look miserable, rules are not enforced, pads have debris and dirt everywhere, protection pads on trampoline missing. If you love your kids please don't take them here!Update as of the end of July some improvements have been made some small repairs but unfortunately cleanliness is 1 out of 10 there's one picture of improvements
