Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Introduce
For families and thrill-seekers across the Texas region, particularly those in the vibrant city of Mesquite and surrounding Dallas-Fort Worth communities, Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park on Childress Avenue offers an exhilarating escape into a world of active entertainment. This isn't just an ordinary trampoline park; it's a dynamic indoor adventure hub meticulously designed to provide hours of high-flying fun, challenging activities, and unforgettable experiences for visitors of all ages. From gravity-defying jumps to thrilling adventure obstacles, Urban Air delivers a unique blend of physical activity and sheer excitement, making it a prime destination for birthday celebrations, family outings, or simply a day filled with energetic play.
Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park embraces a modern vision for indoor recreation. Unlike outdoor amusement parks that are often at the mercy of seasonal weather changes or extreme Texas temperatures, Urban Air offers a consistently climate-controlled environment where the excitement never stops, come rain or shine, heat or cold. This ensures it's an ideal year-round option for individuals and groups eager to stay active and entertained. The park's core concept revolves around diversity, presenting a wide array of attractions that extend far beyond traditional trampolines, guaranteeing there’s an activity to captivate every visitor's interest and energy level.
A significant highlight of Urban Air, frequently celebrated by local visitors, is its exceptional capability to host events, especially birthday parties. Customers consistently praise the facility's cleanliness and the dedicated staff who contribute to a smooth and enjoyable party experience. One review specifically lauded the "great job" done by the staff member assisting with their party, indicating a commitment to attentive service. The overall sentiment is that the establishment is well-maintained and customer-focused, making it a highly attractive option for Mesquite families planning special occasions. The atmosphere, even with a decent-sized crowd, is generally described as manageable and not "overbearing," contributing to a pleasant visit.
However, as with any popular and active public venue, Urban Air encounters the inherent challenges of managing a lively environment with numerous enthusiastic participants. While the park’s main attractions, such as the "jump sections, foam pit, bumper karts, and zip line," are widely enjoyed by children, some patrons have offered constructive feedback. One reviewer noted that there isn't extensive variety for very young children (aged 6 and under), suggesting that many of the core attractions might be better suited for slightly older kids. Another review mentioned instances where staff seemed "a bit disengaged" and recommended additional supervision in areas like the foam pit for safety, as well as more staff at attractions like the zip line to help manage long wait times. These points of feedback, while not detracting from the overall fun of the attractions, highlight the dynamic nature of managing a busy adventure park and areas where continuous operational improvements can enhance the guest experience for all age groups.
Despite these operational considerations that are common in bustling indoor entertainment centers, the general consensus remains overwhelmingly positive regarding the value and sheer enjoyment derived from visits to Urban Air Mesquite. It continues to be a top choice for Mesquite locals seeking an active, engaging, and memorable entertainment experience, reaffirming its status as a premier indoor adventure destination in the heart of Texas.
Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park is conveniently situated at 3777 Childress Ave, Mesquite, TX 75150, USA. This location places the facility within a well-established commercial and industrial area of Mesquite, a vibrant city just east of Dallas. Its positioning on Childress Avenue offers good local accessibility and relative ease of reach from major regional thoroughfares, making it a prime spot for families residing in Mesquite and surrounding communities in the eastern Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex.
For those traveling by car, the park's location provides straightforward access from key highways and interstates. It is located relatively close to Interstate 30 (I-30), a major east-west freeway that connects Dallas with points further east. This makes it easily reachable for residents coming from downtown Dallas, Garland, Rockwall, and other areas serviced by I-30. Additionally, access to and from Loop 12 (Northwest Highway) and Interstate 635 (I-635, the Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway) is convenient, extending its reach to broader parts of the DFW metroplex, including Garland, Sunnyvale, and Balch Springs. The connectivity to these major roads ensures that a significant portion of the local population can reach the park with relative ease.
While Mesquite has public transportation services through DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit), the most common mode of transport for families visiting an amusement park in Texas remains personal vehicles. The area around 3777 Childress Ave typically offers sufficient parking, which is a crucial aspect for a family-friendly venue. The clear signage and general layout of the commercial zone also contribute to a straightforward navigation experience for first-time visitors. The strategic location within Mesquite's local infrastructure further solidifies Urban Air's role as an accessible and convenient entertainment option for residents.

These typically feature attractions such as Warrior Courses (challenging ninja warrior-style obstacle courses), climbing walls of various difficulties, Battle Beams for friendly duels, and an elevated Ropes Course that tests balance and agility. The presence of a zip line is also a major draw, providing an exciting aerial experience.
Birthday Parties and Group Events: A significant and highly popular service offered by Urban Air is the hosting of birthday parties and various group events (e.g., team outings, school field trips, church groups). Packages usually include jump time, food, drinks, and handle setup and cleanup, making it a stress-free experience for organizers.
Arcade Section: The Mesquite location includes an arcade section, offering a variety of video games and redemption games. While not a primary focus, it provides an alternative form of entertainment and a place to cool down between active attractions.

Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
We had a birthday party here. There was a decent sized crowd, but it wasn't overbearing. The arcade section is alright, but as it's not an arcade I didn't expect much. The establishment was clean and the lady assisting us with the party did a great job. The biggest downside is that there isn't much for small children. Our group was mainly 6 and younger and they were unable to do most of the attractions
Mar 22, 2025 · Michael ThompsonHad a great time at Urban Air! The kids loved the jump sections, foam pit, bumper karts, and zip line. The staff was friendly, though some seemed a bit disengaged. I would recommend adding supervision in the foam pit area for safety, and maybe an extra staff member at the zip line to help manage the long wait times. Overall, a fun experience for the family!
Mar 21, 2025 · Valerie CervantesI was at your location in Mesquite visiting for the weekend with my family and I, as soon as I walked in the park the manager on duty on 3/23/25 around 4:35pm ish he was very rude and unprofessional at the front desk. He did not once acknowledge or even greeted us. I then proceeded to inform him "Hey is this where we pay at?" Mind you its my first time here. He ignored me and proceeded to help another group of African American (POF). He was very friendly, and carried a conversation while my family and I just stood there waiting to get get checked in extremely racism. Zero customer service at the front desk. Employees are just wandering around sitting on the ground. Staff seems like they do not want to be there. No clear instructions were given on how to use the equipment.A new management and an entire crew is needed. I have had other better experience at other places like this and it's extremely upsetting making you feel not wanted or seen especially for someone's first time here.
Mar 23, 2025 · Bri 28The place itself was great. The staff was great. Really the whole experience was great. I did notice that there were 30.06 signs at the door... and i did not see any armed security. I've been in the military. I've worked in law enforcement... it's a soft target if people obey those signs. The 30.07 signs were appropriate. Concealed carry license holders are literally (look up these statistics) 100 times less likely to commit a crime with a weapon than law enforcement. They also stop mass shootings more than half the time as well. With fewer casualties than law enforcement. The 30.06 sign should go away.
Jun 01, 2025 · Clay HustonThe worse experience ever! I make it there at approximately 815pm with 4 of my nieces ages 4 5 7 and 8. I am offered a price of 27.99 which includes everything with the exception of video games. I specifically asked does the virtual game come with the 27.99 package white girl at the front said yes. Once entering i am told the virtual games does not work and when I took my niece to ride bumper cars the young black guy told me they are not working! I paid 118.00 for an hour 1/2 for my nieces to jump on trampoline and play in some white balls for 10min! The sock were 3.99 each. And I was told you have to buy the urban sock and bring them when you return but I won't be returning to the one in mesquite. I spoke to the manager)bur and he act as if he did not care nor believe me about the bumper cars . I told him t o go ask the one running it. We are on our way out w 15min left for them to close and he want to prove to me the bumper cars work! Really! You need to take that up woth the employee that said they stop working. He then would not give me his name which is very unprofessional! He told me the owner name is Jeremy and urban did not have a corporate office. Who will be checking on this corporate office next week is me! I felt directed and not heard which is not acceptable! I will be speaking to the manager when he returns!
