I am so glad I decided to try out this great class with Robin.I hadn’t been on a trampoline in a long time and get most of my exercise hiking with my dog but this class was fun and not too hard on my body.I was surprised how quickly I was able to pick up the moves and while I sweated my butt off, I still had energy after the class. And the next morning I was no where near as sore as I thought I would be.This is for sure my new favorite Thursday night activity.

I’ve always loved group and dance fitness and this class offers a great workout, dope music and a lot of FUN! Robbin’s energy as an instructor is positive, live, and she teaches you everything you need to know about workouts using the trampoline! 🔥 She encouraged everyone to embrace their body type, and expressiveness while also getting a great workout in! She’s amazing and made me feel extremely comfortable. I will definitely be back!

You get caught up in the playlist and the flow of the class that you don’t realize how many muscles you’re working. Being able to work out, outside was a nice change of pace too! Robbin is funny and is very welcoming. You should definitely give the class a try if you’re wanting to try a new way to engage your body.
