My Ninja Factory Reviews
Took our kid there for a party. They host parties. Every weekend, you can expect to see parties in there. That is 1 area with 15 kids and parents and two areas with 10 kids each and the parents. Then you have all the additional traffic. So it can be pretty busy. They have a lot of physical challenges to tire your child out, though. Seems fairly clean. Staff seems to pay attention, which seems like mostly teens with adult supervision. The fifteen kid party area gets a few whiffs of the bathroom next to it that has his and hers doors propped open. I'm not sure why.Party packages come with specialty socks and tables for food and dining. Bring your food but read their rules. They have a small amount of prep time before your party slot and after for breakdown.Just warning of the little corners you might bump into because really, your kid's going to have a bunch of fun.
Jun 25, 2025 · Chris CarpenterI'm here now as a guest from out of town. Wanted to burn some energy on our last night before we fly home. This is exactly what we were looking for. My child is 6 years old and everything is the perfect size for him. Everything is sparkling clean here and the staff are really nice. You can wear your own socks or you can have a pair of theirs! They won't make you pay them. 😍 Just making sure any child who is playing has some kind of sticky socks. It's located in a really nice shopping center. Can't speak to their birthday parties, but I'll bet they're pretty fun. The place isn't too huge and overwhelming. It's really just right. We bought a 2-hour pass, and I predict we're going to have to buy another hour. The snack bar has sodas, Gatorade, water, ice cream on a stick, and packaged chips and cookies. No hot food. You're welcome to bring your own food and drinks (again, you will need to check with management regarding parties)! I love everything about this place, I hope they open one in North Arlington Texas!
Jun 16, 2025 · Toni WardenI have been coming here for a couple of months and have gathered the following:- This place is a great place for your children to play! (Keep in mind, HIGHER jump platforms and injury may occur if children left unsupervised!) I posted a picture of the various signs around the little park.- The workers here seem to be pretty vigilant at making sure the children jumping from the higher areas are doing so in a safe manner and guiding the other children out before the next jumper! BIG ++++++(Understand, they are very few and are NOT responsible for every single child. Please keep an eye on your kids!!!)- They do have a snack bar (picured above), and I appreciate no greasy foods, just regular chips, drinks, and ice cream! Feed yourself / children before or after play. NO OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOWED! (Like and dislike at the same time)- The vibe of the area is very neutral, no really loud music playing and most parents sitting down in spot where they can see their kid at a glance.- I typically come on the weekdays due to my schedule, and there is a lot of space for your child to run and play! The restroom is also pretty well kept!Kids grow up fast! One minute, they're playing at Play City, and the next, they're training to be the next Ninja Warrior! There is a lot less of a crowd due to older children at play, I typically see ~4 to 11 years old children? Not too many older, I would have to say the majority is around 5 - 8 years of age. A perfect place to relax and a great place for your child to expend all the energy they have until dinnertime! The video is originally 1 minute but cut short. I have posted pricing in the photos and also party pricing! Thank you and stay safe out there!Edit: 08SEP2024, Sunday. I came and the staff working at 4pm did NOT enforce the times for children. Children with time stamps ending at 3:20 were still here and the parents didn't care and after informing the staff, the man I spoke with pulled out a walkie talkie and then didn't do anything. Clearly did not care and definitely would like the owner to check the quality of workers here to ensure the policies are being upheld. I did not appreciate being told something was being done to nothing happening. Until that is fixed this place definitely gets a lower rating. Please fix your staff.
Sep 08, 2024 · Let's AdventureI’ve been to nine Ninja factory many times now, however this time was so much better than all of the other times I’ve been here so far. The customer service was outstanding everyone was so nice. The workers taking care of the kids this morning were excellent, they were super interactive with all the kids and overall very kind! The 2 lady’s at the front desk were very nice, respectful, and didn’t mind explaining things because English is my 3rd language. Overall outstanding experience.
May 17, 2025 · TaroThis is a fantastic place for kids! The variety of obstacles keeps them entertained, while the snack counter and comfortable seating area allow parents to relax and enjoy watching their little ones play with peace of mind. My daughter and nephew had a wonderful time, and we’ll definitely be returning. A special thank you to Elizabeth and the entire team for their outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this place — it’s an absolute gem!
