Chuck E. Cheese Reviews
First time going and we bought a pass for a few months (which is why we spent so much) my kids 5 and 3 (nearly 4) loved it so much! From the trampoline and obstacle course to all the arcade games it was super fun! I got two kids meals, for my two it was too much food but that was fine as I ate the rest! We will 100% be back!
Jun 17, 2025 · Elizabeth MackieI bring my kids here often as I have the membership. Overall it is a good experience. The food is good, bathrooms are clean and the games work and are maintained regularly. The only complaint I have is that there doesn’t seem to be any point in paying for the trampoline and play area. There are many kids that don’t have a wristband and still go in, there is no one watching or checking the area, so what’s the point of paying?? These shameless parents just bring the old pair of Chuck E. Cheese socks (and yes they look old and discolored) from another time they paid but the kids don’t have a wrist band, meaning they already planned on coming to the play area with no intention of paying. Wild!
Jun 15, 2025 · Vanessa EI recently attended a birthday party at your facility with my grandson. Upon arrival, we were greeted and stamped for security, which I appreciated. The venue was very busy, and like most children, my grandson was immediately drawn to the large jump structure just past the entrance.Excited, we took off his shoes and he began to play—only to be told shortly after that he could not use the structure without an additional $15 entry fee. This felt extremely frustrating and disappointing. As a guest at a birthday party, I assumed access to the main play areas was included. It was especially upsetting because the structure is placed right at the entrance, creating excitement and anticipation for the children before parents even know it comes at an extra cost. Being forced to pull a crying child away from something so visibly inviting, in the middle of a loud and chaotic environment, felt unfair and emotionally manipulative.Though I ultimately paid the extra fee so my grandson could enjoy his day, I left feeling taken advantage of. I hope you consider revising your layout or improving signage and communication around what is and isn’t included with party attendance. It would help prevent future misunderstandings and frustration for both children and caregivers.Sincerely,Barbara Reed
Jun 10, 2025 · Barbara Ann at HomeI really like to take my grandson here. Good fresh salad bar and lots of things to entertain and exercise of that extra energy m. Save money 💰 with the membership app.
Apr 24, 2025 · Theresa GrubbsHad a birthday party for my 5 year old here at Chuck E. Cheese. It was a TERRIBLE experience from beginning to end. To start, the basic party package states that it includes the decorations and a cake. Two days before the party, i received a call stating i needed to pay for a cake and i had two sizes to choose from. I asked the manager which one he believed would be enough to feed all in my party, and he said yes. Needless to say, most of of us did not get a slice of cake. When we showed up, one of the (angst, hated his job) employees, he explained to me that they didn’t have any Hello Kitty decorations left, even though i paid for them and it was included in the package. I asked if they had any type of other decor and was met with a resounding “nope” and a disgusted look by the employee. Whatever, we thought. We went over to our table, only to discover they decorated a small section of it for us. Not enough seating for the amount of people i told them we would have. The kids went to play and we followed, noticing more than HALF of the games were out of order or didn’t work. Then, we decided to do the birthday ticket blaster. Little did we know, they have a cap on how many tickets the birthday star gets, that being 30 tickets. Total. We order our pizza and it didn’t get to us until an hour and a half later, and it was cold. The manager then came over and stated that the pager was dead, which is why we never got the notification of the pizza being ready. Lots of kids that were cutting in line, stealing prizes, throwing drinks on other people. Many of the employees had nasty looks on their faces or were on their phones. Terrible experience overall and i absolutely will never come back. I do plan to tell everyone i know that also has kids so they can avoid this situation.
