The Rush Fun Park Reviews
Fun place but has become a bit run down and doesn’t seem to be cleaned as often as it used to be. Maybe I’m just a mom but I had little confidence that this place was a clean place for my kids to play. Leaves in the bottom of the pits and some of the ball pits barely had any left. Floors need cleaning and sweeping. Slide was broken, pieces at the small kids area were broke. We left feeling a bit disappointed. Needs some maintenance!
May 08, 2025 · Kayla WolstencroftThis Place is so unprofessional..We had reserved a room in the back for my Grandsons Birthday 🎉🎂 He turned 10. We had the room from 3-6.No one met us in the room. .. We are sitting in there waiting. My Daughter had to go upfront and complain.. They charged us 650.00... Finally a Young Man came in. Around 4. .. He worked upfront and they had him everywhere.Working.. We asked for the Managers e-mail. The girl upfrontGave us the wrong e-mail...My daughter figured out the right oneOn line. ..She sent e-mail. We were told up front. That they were going to call us tomorrow.... No calls came. So we calledThe main Bosses. Still waiting ...Place was Dirty. The Bathrooms stuck so bad. We couldn't use them. They were not friendly..We had never been here. Don't recommend this Place... Our server that did come in after our complaints was wonderful... No one else was Nice or Helpful.. This was a total rip-off.
Mar 15, 2025 · Mary TuckerWe absolutely LOVE The Rush Fun Park on Huebner and NW Military! We are members because we visit the park so much. It’s always clean, well maintained, and the staff are so nice, especially Connie! She’s our fave! It’s a great mix of trampolines, rock walls, and obstacle courses so the kids don’t get bored easily. The snack bar has nice offerings which is a plus for my kids! You can host a birthday party in one of their private party rooms, and as a member you get a discount. Definitely worth checking out, especially if you need to tire out your kids during summer vacation!
Jul 16, 2024 · Katie Lira-LunaStaff were friendly and helpful and that was probably the only good thing I could comment on. The toddler area was pretty gross and run down. Gate to enter is held up with zip ties. It looks like it’s never been cleaned since the place opened. Several of the play structures had padding missing and hard wood exposed. Padding on a lot of surfaces is nothing more than a handful of layers of felt with vinyl stretched over. Cafe seating area was full of spilled chips and candy. Food selection is limited and pricey. Better, cleaner, and cheaper options are available for your little ones.
Aug 14, 2024 · Willie DMy family has held a membership, but following today's incident, I will not return to the Universal City location, as I deem it unsuitable for my children. My son sustained an injury after falling from the top level when he stepped on the floor, which was not properly secured. When I alerted the manager by the name Regina, she failed to acknowledge my son or inquire about his well-being, instead simply replacing the triangular floor piece with zip ties and walking away. This incident highlights the park's negligence, which directly caused the injury.
