The Rush Fun Park Reviews
I’m extremely disappointed with the conditions at Rush Fun Park. The facility is dangerously unsafe and disgustingly unclean, and I would not recommend this place to anyone until serious improvements are made. Here are just a few of the alarming issues I observed during my visit:1. Exposed nails in the toddler zone, creating a serious hazard for young children.2. Loose wires hanging within reach of kids on some play structures—an electrical and entanglement danger.3. Loose bolts on several of the larger slides, making them feel unstable and unsafe to use.4. Sharp metal objects on the floor that could easily cause injuries.5. Inoperable attractions—8 of them were marked as “out of order,” or had caution tape, limiting what kids can actually experience and also misleading from the website.6. Filthy conditions—the entire place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Dust and grime were everywhere, which is especially concerning for a space meant for children. As a parent, I’m appalled by the lack of care for both safety and hygiene. This place is supposed to be a fun environment for kids, but it feels like a hazard waiting to happen. If management doesn’t take these issues seriously and make immediate changes, it’s only a matter of time before someone gets hurt.I strongly advise others to look for alternative places that prioritize safety and cleanliness.
Jan 12, 2025 · Brenda SobelWe came here with high hopes because we know how fantastic indoor playgrounds can be in the US (we’re visiting twice a year from Germany). But this place was an absolute letdown—and honestly, pretty disgusting. The ball pits were full of used tissues and empty water bottles. The carpet was filthy, covered in crumbs and dirt. We were the only guests there, which makes me wonder: was all this mess left sitting here since yesterday? It felt neglected and unhygienic. To make matters worse, you’re forced to buy their socks even if you bring your own clean, non-slip ones—that just feels like a money grab. This place was a huge disappointment and honestly felt unhygienic and careless. Definitely our first and last visit.
Apr 30, 2025 · L.This place is appalling. For $86, I expected a cleaner environment for my kids, but instead, I found hairballs on the stairs, trash from coffee creamer, gum stuck to the floor, and torn safety nets. I will not return.
Jun 03, 2025 · Chelsea RuizThis place has really gone downhill. All of the equipment is busted with bare wood poking through the padding. It's easier to get hurt than to have fun. The attractions are broken or closed. Not worth the money.
Jun 18, 2025 · Ally McKoneHonestly was not expecting the amount of work the indoor needed.1. The inside of the jungle gym had so much trash within and hair ?? Some of the safety nets were torn or removed and allowed access to areas that kids didn’t need to be.2. There was water damage inside the main play area which was left there, no one cleaned just left some wet floor signs3. Most of the arcade games were either out of order or broken.4. The challenge area for in the corner some of the cables are exposed or either broken some of the equipment to stand on was falling apart didn’t see any expose nails or screws there seemed to be a lack of clear balls and some what low area and the substitution was to place foam pads to compensate. Why was it wet inside the ball pit ?5. The carpet was disgusting there were vacuums. There was so much grime and dirt they needed the carpets steamed cleaned there was discoloration in some areas and walking trails didn’t seem like they cleaned.6. The bathrooms were actually clean for the men’s and the women’s was horrendous.7. The employees seemed under staffed but they were all super nice and pleasant.
