Sky Zone Trampoline Park Reviews
Overall great experience here for a birthday party we attended. Lots of fun things for the kiddos. Friendly and helpful staff. Out only complaint was the group of about 20 teenagers monopolizing the basketball court. Luckily they were all there and not taking the whole place, but they were playing pretty rough and I saw a couple younger kids get hurt just walking near them.
Mar 01, 2025 · Chad PayneAs I was sitting while the girls were playing I notice the basketball enclosure and saw SO much dirt and dust. I actually took a picture, see attached.Seems like the great old crew has gone and everyone here today is a new face. We are members and brought a friend that had a 1 hour pass, never before has this happened, but but 2 employees approached our neighbor quest and said she had to leave because her time was up. Never had anyone done this before. I asked the mgr ( never seen her before) if we could just allow her to stay another hour, with my kids, nope!We had to drive back to our neighbors home to retrieve another 1 hour pass. Mind you, there's maybe 50 people here counting the adults sitting. So I am disappointed. I am aware of us bringing friends on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I was hoping I didn't have to drive back to our friends home to get another free pass.
Mar 13, 2025 · Suzie CardonneThis place is overpriced and dirty. I went with my grandchildren when it first opened and just went again this week. It has gone downhill. The equipment is starting to look run down. They mostly have teenagers supervising the kids. The food is atrocious and overpriced. You have to spend $5 for a pair of their socks. Checking in is time consuming and the waivers are ridiculous. I can see lots of potential for injuries happening. Two of my grandchildren got slight hurt there but it could have been a lot worse if not for pure luck. If you still decide to go, purchase tickets on Groupon. They always have deals that can save you almost half the price. The only thing I liked was that they let me bring in my own water bottle to drink!
Jun 19, 2025 · Rosanne KuipersWe were here for a friends kid birthday party. It was not overly crowded, and perhaps it was because it's a Sunday. The kids has so much fun. The party included pizza, drinks, and a cotton candy tower.... it's an actual tower of cotton candy that stands about 16 inches high.
Jun 09, 2025 · Boss Lady JThis is a great jump park that is surely the cleanest facility in the whole city. All the activities are in really good condition, and there are a good mix of activities. For being such a small space, they cram in a ton of stuff. I have young kids up to teens and all of them like this particular park. Also a note on staff is that, yes, many are young, but compared to most places they do pay good attention to the kids and keep things safe. Even the café guys were really nice and went way above my expectations in making sure we got the food we wanted. And man, the pizza we had was super good. Honestly, I'm usually expecting cardboard with some cheese on top, but this was like a restaurant pizza. Entry price is normal, and if you live close, nab a membership for one of the best deals out there. Highly recommend!
