Rush Extreme Reviews
Overall the experience was underwhelming. While it was not crowded it was extremely understaffed (I saw 2 (maybe 3) attendants for the front counter, food stand, and attractions (of which, 5 needed to be staffed for the kids to use)). I would watch a group of around 10 children participate at an attraction (one at a time) and when they had finished they would start to line up at the next one. Once the attendant finished letting each child use the first attraction they would move to the next and start the process over. Normally I would tell my child to just be patient but since the passes are time limited that seemed a bit unfair. The building itself seemed to be in need of some TLC (torn mats, missing screws and broken play pieces, broken water fountain, NO BASKETBALL HOOPS... just backboards, etc). Oh - and the giant bungee jump squeaks like nails on a chalkboard the entire time it is in use and you can hear it across the ENTIRE building. Despite the pictures on the website the booths are ONLY for reserved parties and were roped off (and were not occupied in the 3 hours we attended). There are plenty of basic tables with hard seats and soft "comfy" type chairs for parents to wait in. However, if you are like me and plan to work while you are there they have free wifi but NO WHERE to plug in anything (like a laptop or cell phone). I totally understand this is NOT the point of the venue but it's a good call out as many of us are working remotely and trying to keep the kids entertained. Also - you need their branded socks so plan the additional few $$ on top of entry fees.So - overall - if you are going for the play place and trampolines it was great! If you are going for the variety of activities I'd pass.
Jun 24, 2025 · Krista ZavattaWe absolutely love Rush Fun Park! We've visited all three locations and each one has been a hit with our family. The rides are exciting and the employees are always friendly and helpful. The only suggestion we have is for the cafeteria adding a few healthier snack options would be a great improvement, especially for kids who can’t have too much junk food. Other than that, it’s an amazing place for fun and adventure. We’ll definitely keep coming back!
Jun 20, 2025 · Nico AndersonWe had a fabulous time!! Trinity was our host and she was amazing!! our daughter insisted on doing the Sky Walk as she participates in Ninja Warrior classes and can easily scale the wall. as she wasn’t quite tall enough Trinity said she would accompany her on the course!!! they were a great team and if it wasn’t for her guidance I’m not sure my daughter would’ve been able to complete it!!! Thank you again Trinity!!!!!
Apr 20, 2025 · Autumn CuenWe had such a fun experience here and the staff were so friendly. Cherie helped us get checked in and use the attractions and even cheered our kids on! We were also helped by Trinity and Jordan who were pleasant as well. The facility was clean and very open. Plenty of things to do between the obstacle courses and trampolines. Plus the arcade was a bonus! We used our pogo pass and only had to pay for the socks which we can now reuse at the other Rush location. This is the perfect place to go for adults and kids of all ages. Thank you for being so accommodating!
Mar 26, 2025 · Olive andBeigeI had high hopes for Rush Extreme, but unfortunately, this place was a complete disappointment. We visited expecting a fun-filled experience for my kids, but instead, we were met with broken attractions, unfriendly staff, and an overall frustrating visit. This place is not very clean either, especially the bathrooms and floors. Two of their main attractions were out of order, which was incredibly disappointing for my kids, as those were the very things they were most excited about. There was no warning about these issues beforehand—no signs, no updates on their website, nothing. We only found out after paying and entering. Many of their attractions require a staff member to operate and due to short staff, those all also remained closed even though we were promised they would be open and ready for play.To make matters worse, the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. Instead of offering solutions or even an apology, they seemed indifferent, acting as if it was our problem, not theirs. When we asked about having staff open some attractions that require a staff member to operate we were met with shrugs and dismissive responses. Customer service was clearly not a priority. For the price we paid, we expected a much better experience. Instead, we left feeling frustrated and ripped off. Rush Extreme needs to do better—fix your equipment, train your staff in basic customer service, and clean your bathrooms!Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its customers.
