Sky Zone Trampoline Park Reviews
Good idea. My child loved it. Crazy expensive. WAY too many kids at once and no one there regulating play areas. Party set up was very organized and the giant carts for gifts and belongings were helpful. It’s SO loud in there. They need more tables for parents to hang out at while the yahoos run around.
Apr 05, 2025 · Megan ClaycampThe play area was nice, but there were very few attractions, and one of them was closed. The party room lacked decorations; there weren't even table covers on any of the tables. While the staff was friendly and helpful, we often had to go out of the room to call them for assistance with even the smallest requests during the birthday celebration. Skyzone provides significantly more support and decoration options for party rooms at their other locations.
May 10, 2025 · Suvee YadavFirst time in this place.first it was about 102 outside, inside it was very hot maybe close to 80°+ they don't have enough fans at all.if you trying to come don't go when it's hot outside. Second, we had a birthday party and the lady that was helping us,she was rude from the start.i never visited any SKY zone place and really wanted to like it,but this lady was so rude and after kids had there pizza they went to jump,I know it was not our time and we already had our limit, but we couldn't catch all in time so it took us a few minutes before getting everyone back.that lady went and got sizors and cut off bands on all the kids. And then my 3 year old snuck out again, I went to get him back and he was all in tears cry said that lady yell at him to get off,he is 3.I know it was not our time, but don't be yelling at my child.i just felt like it was not appropriate way to handle this.and she give us attitude trough the time we where there.
May 31, 2025 · Natalya BondarenkoWe had a birthday party for my kiddo here, terrible experience. Although the staff was nice enough, they were out of stock in nearly everything that was part of the party package. The package was supposed to include water bottles, a T shirt for the birthday kiddo, stickers for the guests and separately we bought a balloon. We did not get any of those things and when we got to the party room they forgot to make our pizzas... The out of stock items should have been disclosed before we arrived there. These items also should have been removed from our bill. When paying I noticed the balloon was still on the check and had them remove it, but everything else was paid for. They did try to make up for some of it with extra free passes, although they did not even give enough for as many guests we had. I tried to speak with the manager the following day about a refund. I was told the manager would call me back within 10-15 minutes... I had to call back again the next day and was given a $25 refund (for 6 water bottles and the T shirt... the water bottles are $5 each (6*5=$30) + the cost of what the T shirt and stickers would be. So the inadequate refund is also a joke.
Mar 24, 2025 · Adena FalettiIt was ok. Way too loud. There is just so much going on at all times. We went because we were invited for a birthday party. I had looked it up online and all the videos looked amazing but the one we went to had nothing from the videos. There were 3 different basketball hoops. 3 separated trampoline areas. A very small battle beam and a small area for kids to jump into this big airbag. I like that they have massage chairs around. I didn't mind having to pay for them but overall I think it was just too much noise and everything was way overpriced.
