Sky Zone Trampoline Park Reviews
Birthday party execution was seamless. The Staff:Every team member was friendly and helpful. Vladimir was our party host and he was very thoughtful and attentive. Before I could make a request, he already thought of it and handled it.Party Logistics:From arrival to guest check in and party time facilitation, the logistics were not something I needed to think about. They assembled all food, cake, beverages, decorations without needing any guidance. It was a dream. The Facilities:My only negative comment was around the overall facilities which could use a deeper cleaning. I noticed some dust bunnies in the corners. A ball hit the wall for our party room and a cloud of dust came raining down from the ceiling. 🙀Not sure how you clean a foam pit… but that could use some attention as well.
Jun 23, 2025 · Ange DThis place has really gone down hill and is an absolute money grab. They forced us to buy there socks even though we brought socks some of the pairs were from that location we were not aloud to use them. On the other hand for what they charge this place should be clean especially since we arrived an hour after opening but there was built up dust, dirt and grim in every corner, under all the chairs. It honestly looks like they don't clean at all. The carpet by the foam pits is peeled back from the plywood so all the wood is exposed. The over all experience since the last time we were here was terrible I will no be bringing my family back here again
Feb 23, 2025 · Jonathan DarteeDo Not RecommendI’m not one to leave negative reviews often, but Sky Zone was a complete disaster. The place was filthy — floors were sticky, bathrooms were gross, and nothing looked like it had been cleaned properly in a long time. It was way overcrowded to the point where it felt unsafe, and clearly oversold beyond what the facility could reasonably handle.Even worse, the staff seemed completely uninterested. No one was paying attention to what was happening around the trampolines or the kids, and obvious safety issues were completely ignored. I saw kids roughhousing and others getting pushed, and not a single worker stepped in. It felt like chaos, and not the fun kind. This place is not maintained, not managed, and certainly not worth your time or money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially families with young kids. There are much better, cleaner, and safer alternatives out there.
Jun 15, 2025 · Jon RogersI’ve been here twice this year in January (when it was called Defy Wayne) and this Month in May to give this location another chance thinking things would be different this time. Nothing changed at this location but the name. The pictures other people posted about the place being dirty is accurate. This is also a smaller location compared to the other sky zones and jumping places I’ve been too. In the jumping area there are barely any employees supervising the children and if you do see them they are in groups talking to each other, on the phone, or don’t even care what’s happening in front of them. Of course parents should watch their children as well but when a parent comes with more than one child it makes it really difficult to do so… having extra eyes on the children is extremely important and helpful, as children can misbehave and possibly fight. Both times I’ve been here I’ve seen employees just walk past certain things and don’t do anything about it. What is the purpose of the employees on the floor? (that’s if you can find them). I wish I can collect a paycheck for doing nothing. Management do not care. I’ve seen reviews with my same concerns. If management cared changes would be made. Other jumping locations (not just other locations of sky zones)…. They care about the safety of the children, the employees are watching them. The employees are out there blowing whistles when needed and let the children know what ever they’re doing is not allowed. This location does none of that. It’s really disappointing. Don’t even bother trying to order food because most likely they out of it early in the day at that. My main concern is SUPERVISION. This location does not and will not have it.
May 15, 2025 · Sam DavisCame here today for my brothers birthday the one guy in the front that dealt with us was the only one that was happy and polite. The guy behind the food counter definitely wasn’t and looked miserable, no “Hi” no what “can I get you” straight up just put our food order and walked out . All though we all did have fun the place should be staffed with at least welcoming and happy staff members.
