Big 5 Sporting Goods Reviews
Came here looking for cleats for my son. Reasonable pricing on most things! Purchased cleats, a cup, mouth guard & holder. They didn’t have gloves that fit so I had to run down to Scheels and found some. Would definitely come back when in need of more sports gear.
Aug 12, 2023 · SweetieThey offer used equipment which is great. It's the clothing and shoes that got me. They weren't the usual second-hand shop quality as they weren't "gently used."
May 22, 2025 · Lisa MitchellI've been going to Big 5 for almost 50 years. Great store.
Jun 27, 2025 · George AAn excellent classic little sports shop that is well layed out and had a broad selection. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks!
Feb 19, 2022 · Alex BGreat selection. Good prices. Do you ever walk into one of the sporting goods stores that have all the big name brands and gadgets you've never heard of? Are you a person who likes sports or just being active, but the prices at some stores keep you from trying or doing more? Then try Big 5 Sporting Goods! Until recently, I shied away from Big 5 thinking, "Can what seems like a discount store have anything good?" To my delight, the answer is YES! When I finally went into the store, I was pleasantly surprised to find a solid selection of items for the most common sports, from name brands to off-brands, and the quality seems solid across the board. For example, Saucony is my favorite brand of running shoe, and they make a couple lines that are less expensive but still hold up well for my level. I can't find these lines in most sporting goods stores, but Big 5 has them!! If you actually read this far in my review, then you should really try Big 5. I think you'll be pleased!
