Ninja Jump Introduce
For entrepreneurs and businesses in the party rental and entertainment industry across California, acquiring high-quality, durable inflatable products is paramount to success. Ninja Jump, located in Baldwin Park, serves as a significant player in this market, specializing in the manufacturing and sale of commercial-grade inflatables, including bounce houses, obstacle courses, slides, and more. This "point of interest" isn't a recreational center for direct public use, but rather a vital resource for other businesses and individuals looking to purchase new inflatable units for their own ventures or large-scale events.
Ninja Jump has a long-standing presence in the inflatable business, with some customers having worked with them for "10+ plus years." While one specific review raises concerns about product quality and perceived transparency regarding manufacturing partnerships, another highly positive review highlights their exceptional customer service and ability to fulfill specialized orders. This article aims to provide a factual overview of Ninja Jump for potential buyers in California, detailing their operational base, the range of products they offer, reported customer experiences, and why they might be a suitable consideration for those in the market for commercial inflatables.
Ninja Jump is headquartered at 1418 Vineland Ave, Baldwin Park, CA 91706, USA. This address places them within Los Angeles County, California, making their facility accessible for businesses and individuals located throughout Southern California who wish to visit their showroom (if applicable) or coordinate orders and pick-ups. Baldwin Park's location provides convenient access to major freeways, facilitating the efficient distribution of their large inflatable products across the state and potentially beyond.
For customers in California, being able to deal with a local manufacturer and supplier can offer several advantages, including potentially reduced shipping costs, easier communication, and the ability to view products in person before purchase. While the nature of purchasing large commercial inflatables often involves online orders and shipping, having a physical address in California like Ninja Jump's provides a tangible point of contact and a base of operations for their sales, manufacturing, and customer service teams. This geographical presence supports their ability to serve the diverse needs of businesses within the California market efficiently.
Ninja Jump primarily operates as a manufacturer and supplier of commercial-grade inflatable products for sale, catering to businesses in the party rental industry, event companies, and other commercial entities. Their core services revolve around providing a comprehensive range of inflatable units and supporting their clients in various aspects.
Commercial Inflatable Sales: Their main offering is the sale of brand new, durable commercial-grade inflatables. This includes a wide array of products such as standard bounce houses (jumps), combo units (which combine bouncing with slides or other features), dry slides, water slides, interactive sports games, obstacle courses (including long units like 40ft obstacle courses), and toddler/junior specific inflatables. They also offer modular lines, allowing for customizable options.
Custom Orders and Special Acquisitions: As highlighted in a customer review, Ninja Jump goes "out of their way to acquire that specified Obstacle Course for us" even when an item isn't in stock. This suggests a service capability for special orders or sourcing specific types of inflatables to meet unique customer demands.
Product Support and Consultation: Given their long history in the business, Ninja Jump likely offers consultation to clients regarding product selection, helping them choose the right inflatables for their specific business needs, space requirements, and target audience. The positive review mentioning "Adrian and the rest of the team were great!" implies strong customer support.
After-Sales Support (Warranty & Repairs): While not explicitly detailed in the provided snippets, a reputable manufacturer of commercial inflatables typically offers warranties on their products and support for repairs, given the intensive use these products undergo in rental environments. One review's comment about expected durability before "repairs are needed" implicitly points to the necessity of such support.
Accessories and Related Equipment Sales: In addition to the main inflatable units, Ninja Jump likely sells essential accessories required for operating inflatables, such as blowers, dollies for transport, and potentially even related items like tables and chairs to complement their main product line for party rental businesses.
Ninja Jump, as a commercial inflatable supplier, presents several features and highlights that are important for businesses and individuals looking to purchase their products.
Extensive Product Range: Ninja Jump offers a broad spectrum of commercial-grade inflatables, including various types of bounce houses, combo units, slides (both wet and dry), interactive games, and obstacle courses. This wide selection caters to diverse needs within the party rental and event industries, allowing clients to find suitable units for different events and age groups.
Focus on Commercial-Grade Durability: Their products are intended for rigorous commercial use. While one review expresses concerns about expected longevity for a specific unit ("not expected to last more than a year before repairs are needed"), the company's long-standing presence in the industry and other positive feedback about their obstacle courses ("Our Company has been working with Ninja Jump for 10+ plus years, especially with the purchase of their 40ft Obstacle Courses") suggest a general aim for robust construction necessary for frequent rentals.
Customer Service and Responsiveness: Positive feedback highlights excellent interactions with their team. Customers describe the process as "friendly, quick, and efficient" and praise team members like Adrian for being "great" and going "out of their way to acquire" specific items. This level of responsiveness and helpfulness is a significant asset for business-to-business transactions.
Ability to Fulfill Specific Orders: The feature of being able to "special order" items or for the company to "acquire that specified Obstacle Course" demonstrates flexibility and a willingness to meet unique customer demands, which is invaluable for businesses with particular inventory needs.
Concerns Regarding Product Quality and Transparency (as per one review): It's important to acknowledge a specific critical review that raises concerns about the quality of a combo unit purchased ("quality of this product is MUCH less than expected") and perceived lack of transparency regarding manufacturing partnerships ("denied that the unit was made by EZ Inflatables but did say that they are partners"). This review also detailed a design flaw in a combo unit's landing area, leading to safety concerns for users. Potential buyers should consider this feedback and conduct thorough due diligence.
Long-Term Business Relationships: The fact that a company has worked with Ninja Jump for "10+ plus years" for significant purchases like 40ft Obstacle Courses indicates their capacity to foster enduring business relationships through consistent service and product offerings that meet the ongoing needs of long-term clients.

For businesses and entrepreneurs in the California region, particularly those in the party rental and event industry, Ninja Jump in Baldwin Park represents a notable option for acquiring commercial-grade inflatable products. Their long history and reported ability to fulfill specific orders demonstrate a capacity to serve the varied needs of local businesses seeking inventory like bounce houses, slides, and obstacle courses. The positive feedback highlighting their "friendly, quick, and efficient" process and the helpfulness of their team suggests that they can be a supportive partner for clients.
However, it is crucial for potential local buyers to be fully informed by considering all available customer feedback. While some long-term clients attest to strong relationships and product satisfaction, one detailed review raises significant concerns regarding the perceived quality and design of a specific combo unit, its expected durability, and issues with customer service in addressing a reported design flaw and transparency about manufacturing. For California-based businesses making significant investments in commercial inflatables, thorough due diligence, including detailed inquiries about product specifications, warranties, and potentially inspecting units, is highly recommended. Understanding these varied customer experiences will enable local buyers to make an informed decision when considering Ninja Jump as their supplier, ensuring their purchase aligns with their expectations for quality, safety, and long-term business needs.

Ninja Jump Reviews
I purchased a new combo unit from Ninja Jump. I thought I was purchasing a Ninja Jump combo but when I received the combo, the shipper was EZ Inflatables. When I asked the Ninja Jump rep why the unit came from EZ Inflatables, he denied that the unit was made by EZ Inflatables but did say that they are partners.Being in the inflatable business for 18 years, I am quite familiar with Ninja Jumps products and have ordered several new inflatables from them in the past. Needless to say, in my opinion, the quality of this product is MUCH less than expected. There is a column at the top of the landing which makes it difficult for children of a certain size, or an adult to properly sit before sliding. (Picture attached) My husband is 185 lbs. He fell into the netting between the slide and the bounce room. I had several others test the step/top landing area and they all fell into the netting between the slide and the bounce room. Every one. When I emailed the rep about the column taking up more than half of the top landing, he replied, " I am not sure what you mean by column?"In my opinion, at max, with regular rentals, this combo is not expected to last more than a year before repairs are needed. My advice to anyone buying new inflatables, spend the extra money and buy an eInflatables unit. I own several eInflatables units. They have held up great. I was trying to save some money. Never again.I give Ninja Jump 1 star for this purchase. And I give them 1 star for customer service.
Jun 28, 2020 · Donna CantrellOur Company has been working with Ninja Jump for 10+ plus years, especially with the purchase of their 40ft Obstacle Courses. Adrian and the rest of the team were great! They had an Obstacle Course that wasn't in stock. I reached out to them to see if they could special order for us, and they went out of their way to acquire that specified Obstacle Course for us. The process was friendly, quick, and efficient. Defiantly recommend for future business from us!
Feb 27, 2024 · Michael SzwajaThis was a Great Company, well at least until something go's wrong! Purchased a Brand New Moon Bounce (2017) and it was used 4 times, than a seam came undone & created a hole-I thought no problem, its under warranty-Wow, was I wrong! I found someone close to me,that does repair (was quote $225 for repair) Ninja Jump wouldn't approve the repair & wanted me to ship the unit back to them (Ninja Jump in California) at my expense and once unit is repaired-Pay shipping back to the East Coast-Roughly in the $500-$700 range! End results Ninja Jump offered me a $100 credit on a future purchase. I've purchased 13 units, several hand carts, sandbags in the last 3 years-but no more!
Jan 21, 2018 · Ronald JesterThe bounces are great, but the numbers games they play stink. Apparently a blower that they sell for 199.00 is only worth 85 bucks when you ask them to remove them from the order. The phone communication from the salesman was pathetic....so much so that I had to email to get any response at all. During my email i did mention that i was looking to replace all 30 of my bounces over the next 2 years. I guess 50k in sales isn't enough to avkod a greedy salesman.Ill keep the ninja products I have now, but will switch over to einflatables and magic jump
May 06, 2016 · Joseph WardExcellent customer service. Bridgette is always responsive to my calls and e-mails. Excellent quality. They honor their specials down to the penny and never inflate costs or try and up-sell me. Very happy customer and highly recommend.
