Sky Zone Trampoline Park Reviews
Here’s the thing……This place is pretty cool for a birthday party. We had our granddaughter’s birthday party here a few years ago and she loved it. We decided to take her again for just a fun day out and herein lies the problem. For myself, my husband and our granddaughter, the entrance fee was >$85. That price included their magical socks because…..well…..you need magical socks to jump on a trampoline. Not to mention that this fee is for about 2hrs of jumping. But you’re not ready to jump your heart out just yet. Unless you want to lose all of your personal items to the land of the unknown, you need to put your personal items in a locker….which you have to pay for as well. Granted it’s only .25 but it’s the principal! Now that you’ve been jumping for an hour or so you’re thirsty and/or hungry but first, you need to pay to get back into your locker to get your wallet to now pay for food.Fun outing but to literally nickel and dime you for every single thing is outrageous.
Jun 15, 2025 · Larunatta BWe have been coming to sky zone for years, but in the last year or so we have been having the BEST experiences there. The manager has been incredible and the staff she has hired have made our visits so fun and memorable. My kids have the best time there in part because of the playful, kind, and happy staff. We will likely be getting a membership because we enjoy it so much!
Jun 10, 2025 · Geena HallA lady manager not sure in name spelling but is completely rude and a childish woman. Not only did the individual Called my phone about a review I never made considering this is my account. When trying to explain confusion she acted like a complete teenager, lacks professionalism, lacks communication skills and proficiency in customer service skills. This is supposed to be an event manager mind you. Food is just nasty…If you’d like service for a party without ignorance or drama this isn’t the place to be however if you need a cheap place to tire out your child by all means. Will provide photo proof of this as well because the owner and this manager are very close to the point she is able to get away with her behavior.
May 13, 2025 · Justina Arnold-williamsI love this skyzone! Great place for kids and teens of all ages! I would recommend the monthly membership if you visit often!
Sep 17, 2024 · Millie Scout Harris PerinIf I could give it ZERO stars I would!!! It’s my son’s 7th birthday and we brought an ice cream cake in with us (never had an issue before this here or any other trampoline place). Do you know the manager told me it’s a $50 cake fee to light a cake that I brought! I asked the manager MYESHA (who at one point refused to give me her name so I had to ask another employee) can I see the policy where this is stated and she said she can only see this fee online on her system. I asked for her supervisor’s name to speak with him and she refused to give me any information to help resolve my issue and proceeded to close the door as I was speaking. Let me mention that she had an office full of her kids, so unprofessional. She’s lucky I’m on a different path in life right now and I’m going to leave it at that! SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO TO URBAN AIR!!!!!I SAID WHAT U SAID! Don’t charge a cake fee if you don’t even provide cakes to begin with. Urban air is cleaner, more attractions for kids and the staff doesn’t follow you around nit picking with adults who want to monitor their children while they jump!
