Jan 08, 2025 · Kiley ThomasMy kids can’t go one week without asking to go here. Great place for the kids and adults to blow off some steam and get some exercise. Jeff and his crew have done an excellent job with this place and we definitely will support our local small businesses whenever we can. Keep up the e great work.
Jan 22, 2022 · MIDLAND & ASSOCIATES HOME INSPECTIONSAwesome place to take the whole family. I was there in the park and saw a rude customer being nasty and disrespectful to a staff member. The staff member handled the incident very professionally. It’s always interesting when someone’s kid doesn’t listen and they get hurt, then the person gives a bad review. We also saw this happen. The worker told the kids multiple times to stop doing what they were doing and then one got hurt and they put a bad review on the page. Come on people seriously. The staff members aren’t your child’s babysitter. Watch your kids.
Jan 14, 2024 · Susan AndersonOur first time here and my kid had fun. Staff made sure kids were playing safely. Good music.
Jun 16, 2022 · Julienne Mira-BarrientosLet me say this. If you are going to take a concept from skyzone... take all of it! Customer service and all! This place is horrible! It literally is the genetic version of sky zone. Literally! They couldn't even get their story straight on what their own tickets were for.We were given tickets 1 purple 1 orange was told 1 was for chips one was for drinks. Then, when we went to use said tickets, "oh no tickets are just for drinks any drinks in the cooler you have to purchase chips", after purchasing chips and getting our drinks and returning to get another drink with another ticket we were told "oh you can only get water"! What kind of Shenanigans is that? You just told me any drink now it's just water? Please get your stories straight. Then there was a big sign by the door as you come in that says no outside food as if they have a kitchen or restaurant in the establishment.Ooohhhh noooooo you order pizza and they get it from out at the Casey's Gas Station! What the Devil is going on? If that's the case you can let people bring there own pizza in that's foolish! Why bother? do you own Casey's? Then just build a kitchen inside the building have a snack area inside the building! When I say horrible! I'm spending $300 for that mess! Oohhh no Sir I mean Mess! And y'all shouldn't want to either you might as well drive to Springfield, or Bloomington you will get wasaayy more bang for your buck! Trust me on that! Just Say No to Jumpin!!!! Smh! Janky! Janky!
