Jump!Zone Niles Reviews
One word, DIRTY! Everything everywhere was just dirt and all equipment was old. The smell was horrible I am not sure if the ventilation system is not working or wasn’t powerful enough. The place is not worth the money even though I got them from Groupon but still not worth it.There was no safety video playing in the designated area. Not very pleasant experience for both the kids and I.For some reason all cleaning materials were all over the place and kids can reach them easily!
Nov 13, 2024 · Lawrence YokhannaThis review is for parents of toddlers. I visited expecting to find a designated toddler zone, as their website mentioned one, but I couldn’t find any pictures beforehand. Since Sky Zone has a great toddler section, I assumed this place would offer something similar, but I was disappointed. The toddler area was extremely limited—I took a picture to show exactly what was available. The toy in the picture was broken, so really the only thing available was that little tree house thing. My daughter is 18 months old but tall for her age, so the slide on that thing was useless. I essentially paid $20 for her to jump on trampolines for an hour. The inflatables were too big for her to use. I likely won’t be returning until she’s around six years old.
Feb 03, 2025 · Alexandra MomneyChecking in was quick and easy, staff was really nice. On most of the inflatable bouncy houses you have to be 8 and under which is perfect so little ones don’t get pushed around by older kids. Place was really fun the floors were a little dirty but that’s why they give you grip socks. Sooo many arcade games too. Reviews were pretty ruthless it really depends on the person but this place was awesome only complaints are there were a bunch of teens running around and being violent with each other and no workers were slowing them down and that’s horrible as there were a bunch of younger kids in that area. The tables in the lunch area were also really dirty and I saw some dirty smelly socks on the floor where the soft cube pit was.
Mar 30, 2025 · Poncho MerlosThis place is very fun. The staff are easy to interact with, and the equipment is clean. The children had a lot of fun. There were plenty of places to sit. The prices are reasonable; $12 for children $6 for toddlers. Parents are able to get on the equipment with their little ones and enjoy themselves. Definitely worth the trip and worth the money. Their only con is they don't have any hot food to order; only snacks for sale. But, there are good restaurants nearby.I recommend Wildwood Tavern: awesome staff and delicious food.
Mar 11, 2019 · Qeren hap-puwk Yisra'elI think this is the most horrible place for children. There is mud, dust and cold everywhere! You can't survive there without chicken! The food selection is small. The trampolines are not cleaned at all. There are no instructors, no one is watching the order, who is hitting on whom….
