Jump Jump Introduce
For families and individuals in North Carolina, especially those in the Asheville area looking for an energetic outlet, Jump Jump presents itself as a local amusement center primarily focused on trampoline activities. Situated conveniently for many residents, this venue offers a space where children can experience the thrill of bouncing and active play. While it aims to be a hub for fun and exercise, visitors, especially local users, should approach with a clear understanding of its operational aspects and customer service experiences reported by others.
Jump Jump focuses on providing a direct, high-energy trampoline experience. The appeal lies in its simplicity: a dedicated space for jumping, which can be an excellent way for kids to expend energy and engage in physical activity, particularly on days when outdoor play isn't feasible. Like many amusement centers, it caters to families seeking a straightforward, active entertainment option. It's important for North Carolina residents considering a visit to be aware of the experiences shared by previous customers to ensure their expectations align with what the venue currently offers.
Jump Jump is located at 3 S Tunnel Rd, Asheville, NC 28805, USA. This address places it within a readily accessible area of Asheville, likely near a shopping center or commercial hub, making it convenient for local families to find and visit. Its position on Tunnel Road, a significant thoroughfare in Asheville, ensures ease of access from various parts of the city and surrounding communities in Western North Carolina.
Given its probable location within a mall or a commercial complex, parking is generally available, contributing to its accessibility for those arriving by car. The convenience of its location is a key factor for local users looking for quick and easy access to an indoor amusement option. As with any popular local spot, it's advisable to check operating hours and potentially anticipate crowd levels, especially during weekends or school holidays, to plan your visit accordingly.
- Trampoline Jumping: The primary service offered, providing dedicated areas for bouncing. Information from similar venues suggests this typically includes open jump zones.
- Timed Jump Sessions: Customers likely pay for specific durations of jump time (e.g., 30 minutes, 60 minutes). A review mentions a price of $7 for 3 minutes, suggesting shorter, focused jump experiences.
- Safety Briefings/Rules: As with all trampoline facilities, safety rules and guidelines are enforced, and waivers are typically required for all participants.
- Staff Supervision: Employees are present to monitor the jumping areas and ensure adherence to safety rules, as implied by references to "Court Monitors" in general trampoline park safety guidelines.
- Focus on Trampoline Activity: The core offering is straightforward trampoline fun, providing a direct and energetic activity for children.
- Safety Inspections: A customer review noted that staff consistently inspected and cleaned the jumping device throughout the day, suggesting a commitment to equipment maintenance.
- Weight Limit: The facility operates with a weight limit for jumpers, reportedly between 20 pounds and 200 pounds, ensuring safety for the equipment and participants.
- Suitable for Young Children: Reviews mention positive experiences for very young children (e.g., a 2-year-old and a 5-year-old), indicating gentle handling and suitability for younger age groups.
- Engaged Staff (Positive Instances): While some reviews highlight negative interactions, positive mentions of staff members (e.g., "Lukas") suggest that positive customer service experiences are possible, particularly when staff are "exceptional and great with the kids and parents."

For North Carolina families in Asheville and surrounding areas, Jump Jump offers a localized option for indoor trampoline entertainment. Its primary appeal lies in providing a readily accessible venue for kids to engage in active play, regardless of the weather outside. The straightforward concept of trampoline jumping can be a great way for children to burn off energy, improve coordination, and simply have fun in a dedicated space. The reported short jump times (e.g., 3 minutes for $7) might appeal to parents looking for a quick activity without committing to extended periods, or for those whose children have shorter attention spans.
However, it's crucial for local users to set their expectations based on the feedback from previous customers. Reviews indicate that while the core activity itself can be enjoyable for kids, the overall customer experience may be inconsistent. Specific concerns raised by patrons include instances of rude staff interactions and confusion regarding rules (such as age restrictions for jumpers). While some positive experiences with individual staff members have been noted, the critical feedback suggests that the general atmosphere and service quality can vary. The mention of potential delays due to equipment inspections, while good for safety, could also impact the flow of activities.
For locals considering a visit to Jump Jump, it's advisable to factor in these aspects. It remains a viable option for a quick, focused burst of trampoline activity for children, especially if managing expectations regarding customer service is prioritized. While it may not offer the extensive amenities or diverse attractions of larger amusement centers, its local presence and direct focus on jumping make it a convenient choice for a specific type of indoor fun in Asheville. Planning a visit with patience and a clear understanding of its operational nuances can help ensure a more positive experience for North Carolina families seeking this particular form of entertainment.

Jump Jump Reviews
Brought my younger brother here for his Birthday, girl at front younger girl was super SUPER rude to us. Rolled her eyes multiple times and was bluntly rude. No reason to be that way to people. Says you can't jump unless your 21+ but NO WHERE they can show me this rule.... what a joke of a place would not give them a penny if they needed it to prevent from bankruptcy. Hope they close down tomorrow.Never been so mad at a place in my life. What a genuine joke. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE
May 17, 2025 · Mason SharpeWent to let my little brother jump. The worker was incredibly rude, and ruined the entire experience. She was about 17, long brown hair. She had an attitude from the second we walked up. Customer service was horrific. I hope she gets what she deserves.
May 17, 2025 · KendallLoved this jumper but one of the girls working was extremely rude. Ruined the experience for everyone. . There was a sweet guy that used to work here that made it fun. she didn’t even connect my daughter correctly and my daughter was moving side to side left crying.also we tipped $2 and she didn’t allow us to spin the tip wheel until the really sweet girl that was working with her let us do it.
Apr 06, 2025 · Julia A.My kiddo had been begging me since last year so we finally did it today while in the mall and he had a blast! So much cheaper than expected… I dropped $10 bucks for 6-8 minutes and he was wore plum out at that! Delta and Lucas totally knew what they were doing as he got strapped in safely! We even went back as I’m updating this post! Check out the full edited video on my ig: @line_of_sight_tech for a fun demo!
Apr 24, 2024 · Line•Of•Sight TechHave always taken my daughter and neice to jump here and I am so disappointed. The young girl working seemed as though she didn’t want to be working and was super rude. Paid a tip and she wouldn’t let the girls spin. She said only if we put cash in the box because she wouldn’t get it. She said she would refund the tip. Also her boyfriend was sitting there too which is crazy.
