For families throughout North Carolina, particularly those seeking vibrant indoor entertainment options in the Asheville area, Launch Family Entertainment in Arden presents itself as a suitable and exciting local destination. Its extensive 25,000 sq. ft. facility offers a diverse array of attractions that go beyond a typical trampoline park, making it an excellent choice for a wide range of ages and interests. This variety—from trampoline courts and a ninja course to an arcade and a rock climbing wall—ensures that every family member, from the most energetic child to a more relaxed adult, can find something enjoyable, making it a versatile option for locals.
The ability to provide year-round, active fun regardless of North Carolina's weather conditions is a significant advantage. On hot summer days, rainy afternoons, or even chilly winter mornings, Launch offers a climate-controlled environment where kids can burn off energy safely. Programs like "Toddler Time" cater specifically to younger children, providing a dedicated space for them to play and socialize without being overwhelmed by older jumpers, which is a key consideration for parents in the community.
However, it is vital for North Carolina locals to be aware of mixed customer experiences, particularly concerning birthday party services. While the core attractions are widely praised for being fun and engaging, a detailed review highlighted significant issues with party host service, including lack of preparedness (e.g., no serve-ware for pizza) and an unhelpful attitude, culminating in an unearned gratuity charge. This feedback suggests that while the attractions themselves are strong, the operational execution of special events may sometimes fall short of expectations regarding service quality and organization. Therefore, for locals planning parties, it would be prudent to confirm all included services and expectations directly with the venue beforehand.
Despite these isolated service concerns, the overall consensus remains that Launch Family Entertainment offers "lots to do" and can provide a memorable experience. The availability of an in-house restaurant, convenient parking, and a generally clean facility further enhance its appeal. For North Carolina families looking for a comprehensive indoor entertainment center that can cater to diverse interests and age groups, Launch Family Entertainment Asheville remains a strong contender, provided that visitors are mindful of potential inconsistencies in party service and set clear expectations beforehand.

Launch Family Entertainment Asheville Reviews
Jumping is great, lots to do. BUT DO NOT BOOK A PARTY HERE!!!!! I NEVER leave Google reviews but I felt the need to. I booked my son's birthday party here (5 kids attended). The package said we get a party host that serves the food and drink, and provides paper plates/cups/silverware. That is completely false. She never served anything and never once smiled. She only came to kick us out at the end of the party three times and we stayed over by 5 minutes due to THEIR lack of service. We would've been on time to leave if they had done their job. They didn't have any serve-ware to serve the pizza that I HAD to serve. They didn't even cut it, I had to have them take it to the back to cut it so I could serve it. They gave me two plastic knives to serve the pizza with. They stated that they had been out of spatulas for 2 days now. Then, I had to ask for something to cut the cake with AND plates to serve it on. Then they didnt even bring forks for the cake, we had to yet again go ask. Then at the end the general manager said there's an automatic 5% gratuity, would I like to leave more? In which, I politely said no because she never served us anything and she said oh I'm sorry but still charged me the $12.70 in gratuity. I will never book a party with this establishment again and I will advise anyone I know to steer clear. They are extremely disorganized and rude. We have had birthday parties at other places and didn't have to do half the work. For the price we paid, we shouldn't have had the treatment we had either.
Jun 21, 2025 · Heather ClimbingbearTook my stepson here for his birthday on a Friday to celebrate with his cousins and he loved it! Looks like the park had everything that we expected and pizza tasted great. Customer service was good as well. We thought it would have a live DJ during Ignite hours but maybe we were misinformed.
Jul 20, 2024 · Carlos BellThey had a rough Sunday morning with computers down. They couldn't sign anyone in with either waivers or payments. The line grew with customers standing and waiting with no announcement from staff on how to proceed. The manager has his ear to phone with I'm assuming IT. It would have been best if they just said, "listen we can't operate our computers this morning. Fill out paper waivers and Please enjoy an hour of jumping on us."
May 18, 2025 · Timothy BallistyWe had fun celebrating one of the boys birthdays, and the other one has requested that we take them back for his birthday now! 😃 The boys had a blast. The bathrooms were clean, along with the rest of the establishment. -This is not a complaint just fyi-> we got the $19 Mega package. It comes w/pucker powder but they were out. Otherwise great time!!This review was from like a year or 2 ago. I had posted pics of our boys and the dads weren't happy I posted pics of them, so I removed them back I agree I shouldn't have posted them. Hence it was updated as current. However we've been back recently (past month) and tallest were basically out of the powder. (Had maybe 2 flavors)We don't get that package anymore. We get the one with the playgift card for the arcade bc we fell it's better for them than pumping our kids with artificial flavors, colors and sugar. ❤ tbh, it's a MUCH better deal!!!!!
Apr 08, 2025 · Brandy ScottMy daughter loves to go here.Heads up if it's your first time: make sure you pre-register online your safety forms if you can. You also will have to buy their jump socks.
